Now, if we want to talk about the others, pls open another thread and you will read my opinion.

Besides, if others (one or many) who will be on the table of hiwar are corrupted, it does not mean that my view about Murr should change.
Thanks jiu for your kind message and your compliment and please don't change your opinion about Michel El Murr, it's not the objective of the thread, neither of my post.

Reminder of the objective of the thread : Michel El Murr, Makary and the 7iwar table.

Farid Makery asked Bery :

ماذا لو اقترح في مؤتمر وطني على اساس التمثيل الطائفي ان يمثل النائب الزميل عباس هاشم الطائفة الشيعية في هذا المؤتمر؟

An Michel el Murr said :

حصلت على اعلى نسبة من الاصوات لارثوذكس

So what do you think is more important : The official post ( Neyib Ra2is Majlis Neweb for Farid Makery ) OR the grade of representing the sect ( Majority of Orthodox voted Michel el Murr In Meten ) ? ? ?
As you mentionned in your previous post :

I, myself, consider Michel El Murr as one of the syrian pillars in lebanon not on a principle base (like Sleiman Frangieh) but on hate to the LF, FPM (in older days) and corruption SO I am against him being part of the Hiwar.
Besides, how come you talked about GMA, FPM and LF ? aren't you off-topic ?

Dear friend
You have declared in a previous post in this thread that you're against the participation of Michel El Murr in this "Dialogue" because you consider him as a Syrian Pillar and a corrupt person. That give us the full right to discuss with you whether your arguments are valid or not. So one of my colleagues stated that Mr. Murr is not the only corrupted person participating in the “Dialogue” which is very sound and therefore if we follow your second criteria most of the participants shouldn’t be there.
And what I was trying to say is that according to your first criteria most of the participants could be PONTETIAL Syrian Collaborators and therefore their nomination for the “Dialogue” should be reconsidered.
This is called “discussion material” unlike your replies.

Some info about the numbers of Makari:
MP Makari got around 43% of the orthodox votes in the koura district, farid makari as third in koura, Soulaiman Franjieh and Gebran Bassil were ahead of him even with the 3000 suni votes that Makari got.

I guess you're right.
I changed my mind. Michel EL Murr should represent the orthodox and be on the hiwar table. After all, isn't the table made for those who participated in the war?!!! who other than them can save lebanon from a new war!!!?

check this out:
http://www.journaladdiyar.com/Articl...t.aspx?ID=6912
and this (as berri says):
اما تمثيل الارثوذكس فهو سيكون من خلال النائبين ميشال ‏المر وغسان تويني وفي حال تعذر ذلك بسبب الخلافات الناشبة حول هذا الموضوع يمكن ان يتم ‏التمثيل من خلال كتلتي الاصلاح والتغيير وتيار المستقبل اللتين ينتمي المر وتويني اليهما.
Cheers!

Dear, I believe the issue at hand, and raised by this "national" dialgoue, is which Orthodox will represent the Orthodoxs. If it was up to me, I wouldn't have wanted people to be represented by sects, please refer to my posts about secularism.

My friend i don't care about what they want my only concerns are what I want and what I want is a righteous representation and I don't find it neither in Mr. Murr nor in Mr. Tueini and for sure not in Mr. Geagea. It might be Mr. Hariri or Mr. Berri or Mr. Nassrallah or even X as long as the person reflects my vision and demands for a LEBANON.
Cheers

if Makary have the right to be in the dialogue because of his position, and taking in consideration the presence of Sanioura and Berry, why is lahhoud not participating? after all he is president of the republic.
and if Michel Murr have the right because he represents most his area's voters, then Suleiman Frangieh have the right to be there as well...

in my opinions, this is "7iwar tourchan"... let the representation be on the highest level (GMA and Hariri), and the dialogue would be much easier and results more positive.

Well, i am from El koura area and i am very proud that during all the years of elections i didn't honoured Farid Makiri with my vote, neither me nor any of my family members.
I would tell those saying that he's a good representative of the Greek orthothox, what have he done to the Orthothox in el Koura?
I just want to tell them, that Farid Makari represents himself and only himself. To him i say not to believe that he's a leader, the Hariri's made him a fake, short time leader.

Farid Makiri doesn't represent any Lebanese Greek Orthothox

And how do you expect a meeting on the highest level (GMA and Hariri) to be حوار وطني do they represent ALL the Lebanese people?
