U prove urself in the toughest ministries......

The people are suffering from those ministries, we have the chance to reduce their suffering...add to it the ministry of Telecommunication in which Lebanon is one of the most expensive countries in the world in this field....

Does FPM want to prove that it's the people's party? I think yes.

In this case, there is nothing called "worst wizarat", unless FPM's aim is something else.
