Three main comments on Saniuora's speech:

1- No Government Today, and no visit to Baabda today. Either this is for security/other reasons and he is in fact going to Baabda; OR there are problems within March 14; OR done on purpose so that GA wouldn't look like the decision maker

2- No opposition within the Government: that's Sanioura's major fear. No longer his government can function freely without any accountability

3- Electricity is not everything: hint that GA might have focused on this to ensure that the ministry is not paralized like it has always been.

I am more confident now that the C&R Bloc ministers will make sure things are not done the traditional way... i hope i'm right.

Good step. At least some sort of a new era has begun after those catasrophic three years by now.

So, lets monitor what each party has to offer in this little 10 months period;
although it will be an open competition for the next parliamentary elections campaigns!

Anyway, with the accountability act missing from the great lebanese society, the public cheeky feudal-like performance will keep on going, and even more, it will be adopted by all parties as well, for the sake of that "democratic" competition of course. Especially that the sectarianization process is already completed and well done i must confess.

I hope I'd be proven wrong however. (FPM-side of course)

We are not on the Bush side, as far as I remember, it was Bush the Father who crushed Lebanon in exchange of Syrian support to the Desert storm.

Nice Avatar by the way.

The names mentioned in this thread are the correct names, apart from MP Nkoula, replace it with Fadi Aboud and you will have the five names right.

By the way, the government will not be formed today due to problems between Samer Geagea and Future Movement over the sixth Maronite minister.

i hope ur right... i just contacted someone in FPM (hala2 byetla3 enta w ana mesh 3arif lol) and he told me:

- Issam Bou Jamra for Vice PM
- Jebran for Telecom
- Alain Tabourian for Energy
- Skaff for Agriculture
- Nabil Nkoula for Social Affairs...

When i asked about ''fasl el nyebe 3an el wizara'' no clear answer was given to me...

Anyways, is it Fadi Abboud of Jame3it el Syna3yin (the industrialists)?
