i know that darak break the ruless all the time
also employing over 10000 sa3doun supporters in darak over night just because they are form his sect will not help matters.
trust me these people have deep seated anger to other people and will behave like crudes...
i am with baroud initiative all the way, if he forces people to put seat belts that is a great accomplisments, i hope they keep the pressure and especially on the highway since some people drive like mad max there.
i have seen many of friends and people i know die unnecessarily or be crippled just because they did not have a seat belt.
despite all the excess force and implmentation, we need the pressure to be kept.
only it would be better if we can just send those 10000 goons back or replace them by better trained and less politicized ones
