This thread is a proof how intolerant and hopeless the situation in this country is.
If someone is hit or killed or whatever, and he belongs to an opposing party two things happen:
- The supporters of this person start blaming their opponents for the hitting, killing or shooting, calling them thugs and they must be stopped and so on. They also start asking that the issue be dealt with right away and put 10000% blame on the party whose supporters killed/hit that person.
- The supporters of the opposite party start denying that the event ever happened, they blame the dead person or the hurt person for killing and/or hurting himself on purpose. Or they blame him for provoking the others. Or, the last resort, is to say that the "army must deal with it" or "the government must deal with it" and that the party whom these supporters is not responsible.
In other words, put Mark Howayek on LF forum, get some bashing from LFers who would accuse him of provoking the others, put this thread here and get some bashing from FPMers.
This will never end, and this country is doomed if for such incidents we still have a "point of view" rather than "facts".
Anyways, may she recover fast and the perpetrators be captured
