I keep telling my friends the issue is Not GMA or Tayyar, but rather the threat coming from Hizbullah. They come on TV shows and speak in all civility and they look calm and collected, yet they are stockpiling weapons for the next war!!
Wnabka,
Elie | Do not tell me that this war is to eradicate the Christians form the entire middle east, otherwise why would an LFer be concerned if these weapons are against Israel? hmmm strange.. why? O I know I know why..... | | | | | Registered Member

Wnabka,
Elie | Wahhabi Media Tells the Sunnies that HA wants to eradicate them with the weapons, Jumblatt tells the Druze that HA wants to eradicate them with the weapons, Samir Geagea Tels the Christians that HA wants to eradicate them with the weapons, Israel Tells the Jews that HA wants to eradicate them with the weapons Even Some retarded Palestinian Sides are telling the Refugees that: "Look the Shiites will eradicate you with the weapons Like they did to the palestinians of Iraq"...In all this commotion and Chaos we see that the Shebaa farms and Jerusalem are neglected. | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

Wnabka,
Elie | #an jad thank you guys, we are glad we now have 2 websites, chou badna ahssan men heik. But I suggest you change the title of your site, because keeping it Lebanese forces while it does not mention the LF is a bit funny.
Now if HA is your real enemy (X, Elie learns faster than his master, he is using your strategy), why don't we see your webpage turned into an anti-Hezbolla site? Oh wait I know why, because you are cowards, and you do not dare testakwo 3a yalli akwa menkon physically, so you take it on the FPM who are known to be peaceful, weaponless, and who have shown you that whatever you say, FPM would not blink. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Youchka For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

Wnabka,
Elie | As long as GMA is not the issue (as you mentioned), do you think Aoun's visit to Syria grow the threat coming from Hizbullah?
In my opinion, Aoun's visit to Syria is more of a wake-up call for every Christian left in our region. After several years of marginalization, you begin to hear the bells tolling, calling you to stand up for your rights as a Christian (from a spiritual point of view) and a good citizen (from a patriotic point of view).
I'd say Christians are the biggest threat to Christianity nowadays. Five years later, tell me where are the Christians in Iraq? and what were we, "the Lebanese", doing back then? We were busy fighting each other. If we truly believe that we must preserve the Christians in the Middle East, we must support each other and get over the SG/GMA debate in the first place. When it comes to Christianity, we should put our political 'differences' aside or else we would be committing collective suicide.
I guess it's time we put our efforts together to build a church after we have failed our duty as citizens to build a country... | | | | | Registered Member

Hey Guys
Any comments you have on the pictures that the FL website have posted about Aoun posing and smilling with the ennemy (Syria) in 1985?
i did not know how to include the pictures here, but if someone can go on the FL website and copy past it here so everybody can see them.
Aoun seemed very relaxed and joyfull during that visit of "Taarouf" in 1985 in the middle of the Lebanese war when the Syrians were killing our people.

Any comments? | If it is about a picture, pictures can be tentalised , heck i can make a picture of you and bush drinking martiny at Mcdonalds, but videos it's hard much harder to temper with, like the one showing JA3JA3 making a comforting visit to Demascus in 1994, shaking with grief the hand of Hafez el Asad in condolance of his Son's death Basel , now that's one precious site :D, any comment on that ? :) | | | | | Registered Member

In his book , lawyer Fayez Azzi did state that General Aoun visited Syria twice/
In 1984, he went there after receiving an invitation from the Syrian government for being chosen commander in chief for the Lebanese Army in June.
So, this visit was officially approved by the Lebanese National Unity government which appointed GMA as the head of the LA. The Lebanese National Unity Government back to then contained well known political figures such as Camille Chamoun and Pierre Al Gemayel...
In 1985, he did visit Syria for few hours (3 hours according to Azzi as far as i remember) before the Israeli retaliation from Iklim Al Kharoub and East Saida...
he asked Syria to keep their Lebanese puppets away from the Lebanese Army in order to prevent history from repeating itself (Regarding the massacres at Shouf and Allet b/w Christians and Druze).
You all know what happened back to then, so , again according to Mr. Azzi, General Aoun totally disconnected all kinds of communication with the Syrian Government because they couldn't control their puppets and a huge massacre occured against the Lebanese Army and many civilians.
