Then i have to ask the abassador what is he. If he is 8 i am fine, but if he is 14 for sure i will be in prison.

In any case, whatever you do inside the Lebanese Embassy is strictly under the jurisdiction of the Lebanese State and no other authority.

Why would he/she come from overseas?
Ofcourse those representatives would be living where the voting is going place.
If in a specific place, they needed someone to go from Lebanon, it's not a big deal, but I doubt they will face such thing.
