To add insult to injury, HA interrogated the co-pilot after killing Cpt. Hanna! Ye3ni really, if this isn't a bare-assed field day opportunity for the [] Feb 14, then I don't know what is. Just look at the disgusting LF web site, they[] placed the picture of the helicopter pilot. As if those thugs are now pro-Army. They're politicially using this tragic incident[]. And all because some HA fighters can't tell the difference between a LA helicopter and an Israeli one. Even a 12 year old child knows the difference... | | | | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to Libnene Qu7 For This Useful Post: | | | Orange Room Supporter

I will never stress enough on the fact that...the political situation in Lebanon is not a beauty contest.
There is so much at stake, starting by the future existence of this country.
Those who think that political convictions are a sort of "fashion",and that you change them regularly according to "l'air du temps" should better think twice, and chose their side once and for all.
From one side you have a real project for reconstruction of a strong stable, free, sovereign and independent country, with a strong and responsible state,
And from the other side you have submission, corruption, racism, treachery, terrorism, and fanaticism,...all hidden behind nice ties and suits, cool haircuts, lots of hair gel,and bimbos.
From one side you have big nice shiny words, while from the other side you have serious and hard work.
I know that many will get fooled by the overall illusion that F14 try to create about themselves and others,...black and white...Absolute good vs. absolute evil...ect..ect...
But i'm confident that the overwhelming majority of Lebanese are not that much stupid...contrary to some's perception. | | | | | Registered Member

So FPM give them that opportunity and they have the right to do it for electoral reasons.
If this is the case, I would like to remind everyone about Fath el Islam and their christian allies, about the Donnieh (anti-Denmark) and their christian allies, about Jund El Sham and their christian allies... So, following the Kataeb/LF logic, the 14th of Feb gathering should be banned. Well I never heard any kataeb/LF defending Jund El Sham , Fath el Islam or the Donnieh . this is not the main point, what I'm talking about here is the Kataeb/LF reaction after the incident of the Leb Army's helicopter and some other unusual/unexpected things done by Hezbollah... - Hezbollah took over beirut and killed the sunna.
- Hezbollah went to Jabal and wanted to take over the druzes.
- Hezbollah Shot a Lebanese Army Officer and killed him and wanted to kill his Student, but when they found out that his student is a 'muslim' they let him go.
- Hezbollah is behind all the assassinations in lebanon.
- Hezbollah wants to apply "wilayat el fakih" in Lebanon, Hezbollah wants to ban the christians.
and thousands of dark thoughts against Hezbollah...
my question is the following: IF HEZBOLLAH WANTS TO DO ALL OF THESE THINGS YOU KEEP ON TALKING ABOUT, WHY DID YOU JOIN A GOVERNMENT THAT INCLUDES THIS RACIST/KILLING/PREHISTORIC/PERSIAN/TERRORIST HEZBOLLAH? WHY DID YOU APPROVE ON THE BAYAN WIZARI AND YOU GAVE TRUST TO THE GOVERNMENT THAT INCLUDES HEZBOLLAH WITH 3 MINISTERS? your question doesn't stand in here. They will ask you: Why FPM joined a government that they tried for one year between bashing, calling them traitors for US , and demonstrate for one to topple it , and then again joined them !?!
dear Kataeb and LF, your game won't work, if you want to oppose Hezbollah, do it from the beginning... do not wait for incidents to blame it on FPM. I bet every single Kataebi/LFer said nothing during that incident but: We will see what will Aoun do now... You don't care about Hezbollah, all you care about is: how will FPM lose its votes? all your speeches indicate that you fear no one but FPM. | I would say , dear FPM stop defending the undefendable, and look at your principles and let each party defend itself ! when an incident happens from any other party you don't have to get involved whether it is your allies or not . Just take care about the image of your party and your principles . | | | | | The Following 3 Users Say Thank You to baloo For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

I wish people would stop with the nonsense already. What happened was a friendly fire incident, plain and simple. And when HA found out it was a Lebanese Army helicopter they immediately tended to the wounded and helped fix the helicopter. If Lebanese are going to be swayed by this incident it would be because of our stupidity. The Resistance is part and parcel of our defense and it coordinates with the Lebanese Army. Mistakes are bound to happen though, as they do within any other Army. FPMers should be clarifying the situation instead of panicking and adding to the irrational hysteria. | | | | | The Following 3 Users Say Thank You to 3asheq Beirut For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

I wouldn't worry about them going crazy.
As for those with genuine concern to the Army and its soldiers, it wouldn't even occur to them to blame FPM for the incident. Even if FPMers had done the actual shooting, these people have enough common sense first not to believe the propaganda of political parties whose history dispels their fake concern for the Army and second, regardless of their sadness or anger, to take the incident for what it really is: a tragic mistake but an unintentional incident nonetheless.
