This kid Sammy is the biggest threat to Lebanon's Christian community. He plays on their fears and he would be ready to start a new civil war to get his "federation" and become the fuhrer of a mini-christian Lebanon.

Politics - Kataeb announces the "Stability Accord" as the framework of its electoral program
NNA - 2/5/2009 - Under the title "Stability Accord", the Kataeb launched its electoral program in Ghazir. Head of the Kataeb, former President Amin Gemayel, addressed the Kataeb members asserting that the Kataeb endeavor a program fulfilling the aspiration of the Lebanese toward stability.
Gemayel called upon his supporters to vote for the Kataeb candidates' list, which consists out of his son Sami Gemayel for the Maronite seat in North-Metn, his nephew Nadim Gemayel for the Maronite seat in Beirut 1, Minister of Tourism Elie Marouni for the Catholic seat in Zahle, former Head of Kataeb Dr. Elie Karameh for the Catholic seat in North-Metn, son of former Head of Kataeb Samer Saadeh for the Maronite seat in Tripoli, Saadallah Ardo for the Catholic seat in Baalbeck, Fadi Habr for the Orthodox seat in Aley and Sejaan Azzi for the Maronite seat in Kesrwan.
Addressing the gathered Kataeb supporters and members, Saadallah Ardo elaborated that the Baalbek-Hermel region has long suffered from poverty, neglection and marginalization as a result of the imposed Syrian tutelage. "The implementation of vital projects is a must," said Ardo. An establishment of irrigation projects to improve the status of agriculture is in prospect for the area. Ardo stressed that his candidacy aims to safeguard the Christian in their homeland and to reaffirm their historical presence and roots in the region.
On his side Tourism Minister Elie Maronite tackled the issues related to medical care and job opportunities and highlighted that the dilemma can be resolved if stability is provided in Lebanon.
Ashrafiyeh's candidate Nadim Bashir Gemayel based his speech on the deeds of his father, assassinated former President Bashir Gemayel, while Sami Amin Gemayel pledged to enter the parliament with the honor of the martyrs especially his brother's, the assassinated former Minister of Industry, Pierre Gemayel.
In his word, son of former Kataeb Head, Samer George Saade considered the Lebanese owe it to the assassinated March 14 figures and must cast their vote to their candidates.
Shouf Candidate Fadi Habr emphasized that the Christian's dignity has to be preserved within a unity in the mountain. Also Ksrwan's candidate, Sejaan Azzi reiterated that the Kataeb represent the Christian resistance and free Lebanon.
Dr. Elie Karameh vowed to work on development and social justice in the framework of decentralization and equality between both genders.
