اصدرت محكمة المطبوعات في بيروت برئاسة القاضي روكز رزق وعضوية المستشارين البير قيومجي ونوال صليبا حكمها في دعوى كتاب الدكتور ادونيس عكرا بعنوان "عندما صار اسمي 16" والذي تضمن مسا بسمعة الجيش والقضاء، قضى بإدانة عكرا سندا الى احكام المادتين 3 و 22 من المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 102/77 معطوفتين على المادة 26 منه وعلى المادتين 383 و385 عقوبات وتغريمه مبلغ عشرة ملايين ليرة.

Almost 5 years have passed after the syrian withdrawal from lebanon, and after the Lebanese thought that their country is free from the occupation, and they got back their freedom of speech, once gain the judicial system nails Lebanon's democracy and freedom.
I can't believe that after all what happened, they are suing Dr. Akra for what he wrote.

Instead of Giving him medals for fighting the Syrian occupation, they chose the wrong way for honoring this Hero.
We all remember how Dr. Adonis Akra was arrested by the syrians and their servants, same as thousands of FPMers.

Those who call themselves judges, and who's behind then, still can't stand Dr. Akra's words. ya 3aybeshoum.

14 7jar using the judicial system once again. As if imprisoning 4 high ranked officers, asking for the judgement of many lebanese officers between them the late Francois el hajj (RIP), and launching the "Fell" campaign against the highest commander of the lebanese army and the president of the republic, all this was not an attempt to the army and the state reputation.
Shame on this judicial system and shame on the president of the republic who accepts this .

He wrote a book about the way the army's intelligences arrested him, and tortured him in jail, and how the judicial system was controlled by the syrians.

I hope FPM mobilizes all its efforts to support Akra and call for a reform in the Judicial system and also starts demanding a compromise on the Minister of Justice (either it goes to FPM or it goes to someone FPM agrees on!
