One day you will understand why we always had wars in our beloved country. One day you will understand why Lebanese pay with their freedom and blood because of foreign agendas.

It took me years of experience to understand and when I release my next book you will know the truth and understand. I was arrested on thursday afternoon but released on Monday. Prosecutor Sheito did not show up on Friday nor on Saturday otherwise I would have been released on Friday.
No one from the police wanted me arrested, they all stood with me. They stood with the righteous. If I were a criminal I would have not been released.

But I would like to thank each person who believed in my innocence. Till today I did not receive my money from the Ministry of Information, but Tarek Mitri can kiss his job goodbye. Baria ahmar is his girldfriend and she threatened me half an hour long on April 29th 2009 in the studio of NTV. I know much more than you think guys, but no one can shut me up because I m clean. i am not a hero, I am clean. That's it. I can differentiate between wrong and right. I do not have a TV, I am not brain washed.

I say things as they are, it may hurt someone but then with time this someone will understand that it was just and fair. I was never personal and reiterate never a hero and will never be. I am strong, because I believe in what I do.

Baria Ahmar Sreih wanted me in jail, she is backed by the CIA but she failed. She did not suit file against unknown, but against me, accusing me of stealing her email. I wished they would have accused me of stealing a bank, or of stealing email of pentagon, it would have been a more honourful accusation. Our country is ashaming. Ahmar went in to Colonel Bitar's office and said:

بعد ما زتايتوا بالحبس?

And Bitar threw Ahmar out of his office and told me not to worry, everyone is with me. They knew that not only I cannot hack emails nor do I understand this metier, they knew that it was all about revenge. But now Ahmar is in big trouble, she will sit 3 months in jail at least. Next week we will know.

It was the worse experience you can imagine. It is not about me, it is about a whole rotten system which arrests someone and denies him all rights till proven guilty. A twisted logic.

Till today I never received my money, although the other 15 employees received their money. Btw. I never worked for a group, I always worked for my country, you still do not know me. Someday you will.

Baria Ahmar Sreih, Laure Sleiman and Tarek Mitri are now in biggest trouble. You will hear of jail sentences very soon.
President Sleiman is really wise, he stood to my side. I must also acknowledge that Minister Bahia Al Hariri in a phone call said that;

PS: I understand Youchka, I sometimes react as such too, I deprived my children so many times for Lebanon and its people just to go cover demos from 1998-2004 when no one was talking about Syrian OCCUPATION and look what I received back.

Thank you to so many people who showed how human they are and how much they care about other humans regardless of whether they know them, they understand them or not. I can never thank each enough, I am sincerely overwhelmed.

Many things will be discarded very soon and you will be very astonished.
But Laure Sleiman can soon talk from behind bars, I will not be as cruel as they were, I will even give them the right to answer, even when they are in prison, i will cover their reply. I will stay a strong believer in freedom of speech.

I still have no idea what this whole thing is all about! There isn't a single piece of real reporting on this issue. Joumana if you want people to believe in your plight, whatever it may be, you owe it to yourself to write a clear post explaining clearly the issue at hand, and what occurred.

I am a professor at NDU since 2007, I still teach at Zouk and I taught at Deir al Kamar 4 semesters but I couldn't after that because it was really exhausting to make all the trips.

3ayb 3an jad, I was always correct. I used to tell my students in Zouk that I do not accept anyone attacking Muslims, so they thoughts I am SSNP, it is so crazy, as soon as one says something good, he/she gets labelled for being in some camp and I honestly abhore the SSNP ideology.

I believe in this country for us Lebanese, a country free of corruption, a country which respects human rights. I teach at both faculties: Business Administration and Economics as well as at the Faculty of Humanities.

I love talking to my students, I love communicating with the youth. I founded the "Oxygen Club' to protect the environment, I am founder member of "Association for Economic Journalists', do you think that I do the things just because I get something back? I never got a thing back, not money, not awards, nothing. I always thought that we must work for this country and not expect anything back. But I never expected to be awarded with arrest in a rotten jail denied from every aspect of Human Rights. That really pisses me off.

There is nothing clear except that this country is rotten, whenever one says outloud what is ocurring, providing evidence, he is thrown in jail under false accusation.

When I used to say our country is under Syrian Occupation you did not ask for me to write a real piece in order to believe in my plight. When i wrote under Delirium, you liked my posts, now you are not pleased?


You want me to clarify that this country has a rotten system and anyone can be arrested "as soon as someone invents a story about him/her". I am fed up of clarifying. Go ask Claude Karam what he shouted and said on Monday. Ask HEAD OF THE PROSECUTORS AND JUDGES AT BAABDA Claude Karam, what he said and everyone everyoooooooooooooone heard:

Not clear in the least bit. Its OK to vent, and feel free to vent all you want. I however, like most, need information so I can formulate an opinion. You can either be forthcoming and clear in explaining your plight so I can care, or if you dont care that I believe in your plight then so be it.

Joumana I am happy you are out, i know our justice system prays on teh weak and non connected.
I am happy that you still eager to pursue your rights and sue them.
