I am against him in each behavior during the Syrian hegemony... I am against him being Syrian (something to be discussed away from this thread...). But, now that Syria's out and that Lebanon needs MEN to rebuild it, he is one of my choices... Have you any idea about how he led the SG?? how he improved it?? how he gave each one his rights and forced everybody to respect the rules?? Any idea about how he honored those who deserve it and punished any who tried to break the rules or BRING A WASSTA, even from Syria?? I support that side of him!! and I really think that we need a man like him in one of our important institutes!!
Hope that you are getting my point... ba3dén, menlabnéno éza baddak!! |
Ok, let me reformulate then:
A man never bows to a foreign power against his own country
A man never lashes at his countrymen for opposing a neighboring country
A man never sends people to jail for opposing a neighboring country
A man never takes orders from foreign powers
Such a man is the definition of corruption.
The guy got his position not because he was good, but because he was the best syrian boot shiner available.
Yes, he did improve parts of the SG, but on the other hand, he turned it into a syrian institution.
He turned it into a syrian propaganda machine.
He used his position to turn against people opposing syria. You, me, the FPM and anyone who opposed him.
Yes, Syria is out, but his actions were never justified and never will be. The guy's place in jail for all his corrupt past. He's the one who signed the jail and death sentence of many, and now you want him to take over a governmental position ???
Isn't there any shame left in people these days ?
