On Thursday December the 11th 2008, Livni said "my solution for maintaining a Jewish and democratic state of Israel is to have two distinct national entities."
Once a Palestinian state is established, she said she would "be able to approach the Palestinian residents of Israel, those whom we call Arab Israelis, and tell them: 'your national aspirations lie elsewhere.'"
Her remarks drew an angry rebuttal from Arab Israeli MP Ahmed Tibi and from the Palestinian Authority of president Mahmud Abbas, and she tempered them the following day.
"She must decide whether she means to leave a million Arabs without political rights or a national identity, or whether she really intends to transfer a million Arab citizens to the Palestinian state that will be established," Tibi said.
On Friday, Livni repeated her assertion that "the national aspirations (of the Arabs) should be realized elsewhere," but added that "there is no question of carrying out a transfer or forcing them to leave."
"I am willing to give up a part of the country over which I believe we have rights so that Israel will remain a Jewish and democratic state in which citizens have equal rights, whatever their religion," she said in reference to the creation of a Palestinian state.

Obamas Master Peace Plan
by Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu
U.S. President Barack Obama told Jordan's King Abdullah two weeks ago to meet with leading Muslim Arab countries and persuade them to accept changes in the Saudi 2002 Initiative, according to the London-based Arabic language Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper.
The report reflects the presidents swift action on the Middle East since he was elected last November.
President Obamas major proposed alteration in the Saudi peace plan is for Arab countries to grant citizenship to approximately five million Arabs who are descendants of former Israelis while allowing them the right to move to a new Palestinian Authority country.
Sorry to be cynical, but do you really want to be citing Arutz Sheva as if it is a trustworthy source? If you're going to take their word on this story, does that mean you accept every piece of garbage they come out with?
(I'm not talking about the substance of your post, just about the source on which you're basing it.)

It might not be trustworthy, but at least it is the opinion of the Israel National News, so what it means at least that there is still a plan to nationalize the Palestinians in Lebanon and that the Israelis will try to convince Obama to go with it, which should make very worried about FM winning the election because they stated many times that tawtin is a fizzay3a and if they think it is a fazzay3a and if they win, we will keep seeing inaction toward this file.

This news has been out since a couple of weeks. It's part of Obama 57 state solution. The Arab states must make one important concession to the Israelis, and it's "the right of return".
