In fact I dont care if Jewish see us as bad people or if they want to keep an enmity with us.

Many jews hate the CHristian more than anything else (Jewish religion stopped when Christianity started) but still we must not hate them..

They can love or hate us, it would not change our approach for real peace. Our aim in this world is to set an exemple.. not to re-act to others.

But still we are not Saints - no peace with Israel as long as our political issues are not solved.

the survival of the middle east is for the strongest, there is nothing called

"watan" in this Lebanon. We dont have a country, the people in Lebanon

dont even agree on history and identity. We still have parties that dont

even believe in the finality of "Lebanon". Lebanon has several communities

looking for survival in the middle east, they kill each other and get killed

by foreigners every now and then.

Israel will never let lebanon flourish, even if Hizballa hands over its weapons to the Israelis themselves.

We had a chance in 1943, but the maronites and sunnis insisted on keeping

a sectarian system where their priviliges are maintained. All what we can do

now, as chritians , is to find ourself a strategic ally to preserve whats left

of our political rights in this so called Lebanon.


Hizbolla will never lay its arms to a sunni regime in Lebanon, they dont

trust them, have a look at how the shi3a are being treated in KSA and Yemen.

HA is one of the most transparent resistances in the world. their goals are as clear as it can get. secondly, HA is not starting the war, it's only a reaction.

as for the second point, how its activities are broadening? in what aspect? bil3akes, it's shrinking down. wasn't liberating Jerusalem one of HA's major goals before the MOU?

Israel gained the war in 1982 and was able to occupy our capital BECAUSE they had internal affiliates (Kataib).

Israel lost the war in 2006 because the internal affiliates were not ready and armed.

Reading the article above, I'm afraid things might be slightly different from what we expect.

The only victory we can have is if we maintain and unite our internal community.
