The purpose here is not to humiliate anybody....

The purpose is to be able to govern...

My vote goes to Layla Solh

Layla Solh wouldn't be able to govern, we need a PM who would be able to withstand the pressure of Almistaqbal and Saudi Arabia.
Ossama Saad and Abdul Rahim Mrad are fully capable of doing so
Layla Solh Can't withstand the pressure of KSA and she doesn't have a popular base

Ma fhemet, she will have (hopefully) a comfortable majority in govt, and a cabinet that reflects probably the ratios in the parliament... Shou khass el pressure... the only pressure should be the one coming from the opposition...

We should never go opposed to what the sunna decided in the ballots (or else we'll be acting like Hariri did to us all those years).

Therefore, the candidates I would like to see replace Sanioura and Hariri are:
- Safadi (will most probably win Tripoli, and thus win the sunna vote)
- Mikati (same thing)
- Inchallah Rida el Mais can get majority of Zahle Sunni and thus claim the position ;)

That would be the ideal situation, but for any sunni to be able to take the PM position he needs some support in the Sunni popular opinion. If Ossama Saad or Abdul Rahim Mrad win in their districts they deserve to be nominated to PM position by the the current opposition.
Layla Solh didn't even run for the elections, and her nephew is a Saudi prince

I'm sorry, but the president does not represent the christians, so why should the pm represent the sunnis? My vote goes to Layla SolH...

I actually even have a better solution:

We know Sleiman is pro FM (his "proteges" running against FPM to please FM)...

I think this is the best opportunity for a step in the direction of removing the community based approach for nominations:

Sleiman (a christian), represents FM (the sunni)
Let HA/Amal (chiites) choose the PM (a sunni) and FPM will choose the speaker of the parliament...

Tamam Salam is FM
Salim El Hoss has retired from politics
Zaher Khatib, fouad makhzomi and shatila have no political weight whatsoever

I propose fat7e yakan, he'll fit well with the new political scene in case the oppositions wins.
