ok after all this conversation what is the ACTUAL number that FPM must get to ensure the opposition's majority supposing that our allies are set with all their seats and the only battles are C+R districts?

is it 35?

I'm confused as to who is really C&R deputy. Somebody is adding Frangieh's deputies, some else the Tashnag, etc. How many are projected to be "pure" C&R deputies?

C&R will include Tashnag, Marada, Skaff's bloc, FPM and the other independent allies (abi nasr, khazen...)

Any official sources confirming that all Marada and Tashnag candidates will be part of the C&R block?

What about Talal Irslan and the Druze candidate in Baabda?

I just checked the Tayyar.org's Elections Page Lebanese Elections 2009 - tayyar.org and found out that there are 61 candidates posted. The thing is that the way the candidates are posted is strange. Tala Irslan, Ali Ammar and Marada candidates for instance are included in the page. Does this mean they will be part of the C&R block?

the issue of C&R bloc is still not very clear...

and it is not a big deal since the opposition will be working as one person at all levels...

Sleiman Frangieh declared he will be part of the C&R, the same with Tashnag, Elie Skaff, Massoud Achkar and even Emile Rahme (Baalbeck- Hermel)...

as for Ghassan Achkar, Talal Erslen, Salim Saadeh, they will not be members of C&R...
