[unfortunately] majliss el doustouri is a joke : they have been designated by Hariri (the parliamant quota) and probably by Sleiman (the gvt quota).

Well I remeber the Ta3en of Mekhael el Daher (2000 I think), he had only one member in the Majless and he did it, the Syrian was totally against but he did it.
