Making Iran as the enemy and marginalizing the Christians who are the only one who might object on naturalization is for what?

Simple logic and not much deeper than the surface and anybody with a shred of logic will figure it out.

This si what I have to say. I urge you all to stop whining and crying about the election and start blaming HA or Amal or whoever. Focus on what is coming and I am not saying try to stop it because you can not but focus on minimizing the damage.

I have not been posting for a while after election because I am waiting for this whining party to end and members regain their senses to start talking to them.
We thank our allies for all what they did. They even helped us on their expenses and we will never forget it.

Our alliance is more than political, it is a long term national reconcilliation and unity.

Nobody is blaming HA, the only ones to be blamed is us.

When Hassan Nassralah gets something from Hariri or anyone else, the whole opposition benefits from it.

It is funny most of the posts did not explain what does the Raad quote in the opening post mean.

What is there to explain ? It is crystal clear, except in the minds of the paranoid. What Ra'ad is talkin about is cooperation between the various parties & not continuation of confrontation as in recent years.

Hezbollah has showed multiple times that Change and Reform are - to say the least - not one of their top priorities :

- Unified ballot
- Diaspora vote
- No significant reform ever took place in any of the ministries they held.

Now, it's not about bashing HA or something - they aren't necessarily the ones to blame - but one of the major political steps that FPM should undertake, IMO, is strengthening their stances and at least acknowledge when something wrong happens, thus stand firmly when needed and subject Hezbollah to the obligation to report, explain, or justify what went wrong when it occurs.

Considering what's happening now, let them flirt as long as they want. The more they do it, the more some will realize how naive they were and what a precious opportunity they managed to miss.

OK, as you wish. You are the only non-corrupt ones and the only ones in this country that want change and reform. Fine. Maybe you can go ahead and do it on your own, without our votes. Or maybe you prefer Hariri's votes. Whatever.

It took you less than two minutes to reply. You might be acting too impulsive.

Chill out, relax.. I was stating facts. Try convincing me of the opposite and don't take it personal.

We've been honest all along. All I see since this morning is accusations of backstabbing without any evidence even. Just imagine if there was evidence!! It seems that there is no mutual trust. It seems we trusted FPM and many FPMers never really got to trust us . And some chose to air dirty laundry in public. As I said, AS YOU WISH!

Your point was that you did nothing that you needed to be held accountable for:

When LinK gave you examples, you simply said what amounts to "get lost, do it yourself".

Either you are honest and admit Hezbollah voted against certain reforms because they weren't in line with party interests (even though they were consistent with national interests), and then we can work from there; or you can (put nicely) choose to play the ostrich and call anyone who doesn't narrowly agree with you an untrustworthy traitor.

Regarding what MP Raad said, it's quite clear. He's talking about the 1990-2005 period, when the syrian-backed government basically supported Hezbollah and left them alone, in exchange for Hezbollah's tacit approval of everything corrupt and illegal the government was involved in.
