1- arzleb is right, lets keep it polite guys! If not kermel Saad then kermel arzleb himself, as mutual respect.

2- Nassralla never said GMA is our candidate for presidency.

3- There is no FPM-Hezballa alliance. There is war2et tafehoum, and it doesnt include the name of the president (although one could argue that sayin lebanon is tawefou2eh implies that)

4- If you think Nassralla is, in a FPM-FM confrontation, if it happens, on our side, i think youd be mistaken, at least at this time.

Its very essential for Nassralla to have good relations with FM.

Crossing my finger

Nasrallah is a well trusted and respected man.
GMA wouldn't have approached him otherwise....

Beside, their agreement is on paper...
Why the fear????

HAVE NO FEAR, AOUN IS HERE

Well, i think this is a positive meeting. The meeting lasted for 7 hours since they had lunch in between, an discussed the events in iraq and the unity between muslisms. So, I do not think there is anything to fear.

This meeting has most probably focused on the dialogue sessions starting tomorrow, and the need to reach agreements on the national level to avoid confrontations.

As for changing positions, I would not think that the Hiz or the FPM would be ready to change their positions. I think there are attempt to reach points of agreements among all lebanese for the sake of lebanon.

So, view this meeting as a positive step toward lebanese talking to each others. The hiz never stabbed anyone in the back during their past. Why they should do it now, especially the FPM who have lots of common points with them.

As for GMA for presidency, I think the Hiz clearly stated that they consider GMA to be a serious, capable, and excellent candidate for presidency. So, i think this is a positive signal for the time being especially that there is no serious talks about presidency.

Naim, i do not think that you are right. Well, the Hiz are still hanging seriously to President Lahoud. THis guy has done a lot to protect the resistance which liberated our land, and they will never stab him in the back.
I think the Hiz would be for removing Lahoud in case there was an exit that would preserve his dignity and respect. They will never accept that Lahoud be humiliated.
As for GMA, i think they agree that he is the most serious, capable candidate. So, I am sure they will vote for GMA as president once the time comes.
There is no one that has public support as GMA does, whether it is among Christians or Muslims. So I think GMA is the next president, the question is when the time will come.

Any meeting for Lebanon is welcomed.

GMA isnt far from Lebanon disregarding anything political being told on the ground.

Deputy Saad Hariri was never against GMA being president but he said that this matter should be discussed among allies and others.

Sayed Hassan Nassrallah is like GMA like Sheikh Saad like Walid beik and Dr Jeajea and all the lebanese partners and fellow Lebanese whatever happenes they will meet at the end and they better for the sake of Lebanon.

naim i think you are right.
Also the meeting between Nasrallah and Hariri yesterday for 7 hours was probably THE MEETING that decided everything and the round table of tomorrow will be just formalities (just for decoration), it's the cherry (round table) on top of the cream (meeting between SH and HN)

personally i dont like them but the fact and truth is that they are also Lebanese and even if they represent 10 or 20 person they still have a saying in this... everyone does.

Now they might oppose GMA from president fine its their right but if the majority agrees then they Neila and company needs to deal with it...

Again like FPM have allies and some of them might disagree on FM or Jumblat also FM has allies that disagree on GMA... fine this is democracy but when the majority of those meet especially like yesterday HN and SH and today Jeajea and the GMA i think they can reach a mature understanding that will benefit all parties and groups in Lebanon.

Again the GMA is an excellent candidate but again we need to take the opinions of others who are partners in this land too.
