I totally agree. No one should take the law in their own hands...However, you and me know the history of the SNNP.

This is why if Saniora and Harriri had an ounce of brain, they should surrender the criminals immediately to the Army, and they should be put on trial. We do not live in a jungle (may be we do).

IMHO, If FM does not want the SNNP to retaliate, then they should surrender the criminals who did this to the courts ASAP. Today before tomrow.

To all those who said this is a natural result to what happened in Beirut, I don't know what kind of world you live in, or if you just lie to yourselves and continue to believe those lies. What happened in Beirut? The opposition decided to respond to armed provocations by the loyalists and disarmed them? They then turned over the areas to the Lebanese army and all those captured were turned over to the army. Many of the opposition members who participated in the disarming of those loyalists are from the heart of Beirut. I really don't know when Beirut became the possession of FM. I don't know why others in Beirut were expected to tolerate FM's militia and its targeting of protesters. In either case, what happened in Beirut was a reaction to loyalist propaganda and did not involve any savage or inhumane treatment of anyone. That anyone, and I mean any rational human being, would find justification or rationalization to what these savages did in Halba because of the events in Beirut is beyond comprehension. You people have reached a new level of callousness and lack of humanity.

Hector, i don't remember anything. My brain hasn't been functioning properly. Don't ask me to remember anything please. I've seen a lot, i've seen children cut to pieces, but nothing is more horrific than torturing a dying man. I have no words to express how i feel.

I respect every person who stood up to the criminal government be it the devil himself. I hope no one retaliates. No one gets away with anything. One day they will pay for what they did, and they should pay. He who is going to come up here to talk sweet can simply shut up. Whoever is capable of doing that to a human is to be sentenced to death. We need to be patient till justice takes place "some" day. Easy for us to talk, as much as we care, we won't care as much as their families do. I imagined my dad or brother in their place and was set on fire! God help their families and bless their souls! They pay their lives while we sit and watch.

I have disagreed with many SSNPer in engaging in any internal war with our own people because simply we should use Antoun Saadahes methodology to tackle our sectarian disease. Seperate religion from politics, ban religious clergy from interfering in politics etc. go directly to the root cause.

Killing and counter killing will reach no where. Our SSNP rufaqaa should have learned this lesson long time ago our guns are only directed to one and only one enemy, its the Zionist/jews the source of all our problems.

BUT since no one is perfect, I can assure from experience the SSNP militia will retaliate, no one in their dictionary has a ceiling name it a PM/president/sheikh/clergy.

If these figures conspires against the nation, steer division and hatred they are traitors and we consider them as equal as our Jewish enemies.

ان موقفكم السياسي المعادي لمواقف الحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي هو من صلب العمل السياسي وحق الاختلاف في لبنان.

وقد تدعون ان من حقكم الرد على ما تسمونه اعتداءات من قبل القوميين على ثكنة تلفزيون المستقبل ، بالرغم من نفي قيادة الحزب، فهذا جزء من الجدل السياسي والازمة المستجدة في البلاد.

أما ان يقوم مناصروكم ومجرموكم بمهاجمة مراكز الحزب في كافة المناطق، وقتل العديد من الشباب والتنكيل بهم وتقطيع أطرافهم، وملاحقة الجرحى وقتلهم في المستشفيات، فهذا ما يتجاوز الصراع السياسي وحتى العسكري، الى الاجرام الموصوف والبربرية الهوجاء.

وقد سبق لسعد الحريري بأن أهدر دماء القوميين يوم اتهمهم بتفجير عين علق قبل اي تحقيق، ومن دون أن يعتذر لاحقاً.

إننا نحملكما شخصياً، المسؤولية المباشرة عن هذه المجزرة الجديدة البربرية في حلبا، ونطالبكما بالإعتذار عنها وتسليم القتلة المعروفين منا بالاسماء فوراً، وإلا فالايام بيننا و بينكم، بغض النظر عن أي تسوية سياسية في البلاد، ويمكنكم أن تسألوا رياض الصلح وبشير الجميل، الذين نفذ بهما حكم الشعب قوميون عاديون وبدون الحاجة الى أي قرار من مركز الحزب.

i condemn FM's actons, but let us not forget that the same SSNPers had killed 3 unarmed FMers earlier in the morning and that is why FM retaliated. Now the SSNP will retaliate back, and it won't end.
