if we combine the above with the runway monitoring claims launched by jumblat a few days ago; it kinda becomes clear that something has been planned to pave the way for the government's don kichotic statement.
obviously the statement itself wasn't the goal. i am afraid the green light for D-Day may have just been given. | All this **** is nothing but hot air balloons by the loyalists. They think they can pressure HA into making political concessions to their benefit by bringing the issue of the communication network every now and than.
They know well the strength of HA, and they know well that we can't be pressured into submission. They're being asked by their masters to play the game, so they do, the aim is not in Lebanon but elsewhere. | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

please re-read lebanese history and focus on the beginning of the civil war 75-90 and when Jounblatt and Arafat decided to alienate Kataeb and all the christians... the result was a 15 years civil war, multiple massacres, population transfer, 200,000 killed, more than 10,000 still missing....
do you want an encore? | | | | | Registered Member

i think if they apply what they are calling for, it is clearly an attempt on the resistance, its weapon and its roots...
and this is what everybody is worried...
unfortunately, others (JL-80) are willing to go to war, wipe complete sects and claim that lebanon will then live in harmony...

do you want an encore? | sure why not maybe israel, syria, iran and the US can get involved and then lebanon will be in history books as the reason for the start of WWIII at least this godd**m country can be useful for something in its 60 yrs of existence. | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

do you want an encore? | it seems that the first civil war wasn't bloody enough to leave a lasting impression on the population so a new one may come in quite handy.
after all some people never learn until they pay a heavy the price themselves; they have to experience first hand what it means to lose a mother, a father, a brother or a sister; maybe have a friend or two die in their own hands; possibly lose a few limbs themselves, maybe even their own life..
it would be too late for regrets at that moment. | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

i cannot believe any educated, God-fearing person to welcome war this way...
