وهاب توقّع أن يجمع بين رئيس مجلس الوزراء سعد الحريري والتيار الوطني الحر "تعاون" في المستقبل، معتبرًا أن "لديهم منطقًا بإمكانهم التفاهم عليه وعبره على الكثير من الامور". وفي السياق ذاته، إعتبر وهّاب أنه "باستثناء الحريري لا يوجد تمثيل سنّي سياسي له ثقله في الوزارة".


وبشأن المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان، أبدى وهاب اعتقاده أنه "لا يوجد أي رابط بين المحكمة وتشكيل الحكومة"، معتبرًا أن "سوريا باتت خارج الموضوع بأكمله، وهي تقوم بـ"الرتوش" لتنهي الجزء المتعلق بها في هذا الموضوع، أي إجراءات إستعادة محمد زهير الصديق لتعرف من كان وراءه وتحاكمهم"، مؤكدًا أن "سوريا مصرّة على كشف الحقيقة في موضوع إغتيال الرئيس رفيق الحريري لأنها الأكثر تضرراً ويهمّها هذا الامر".

وتعليقاً على مطلب حزب "الكتائب" بإصلاح بنية تحالف قوى الرابع عشر من آذار، اعتبر وهاب أن "الإصلاح يتم لشيء موجود"، مشيرًا في المقابل إلى اعتقاده بأن "14 آذار أصبحت ماضيًا"، وأضاف: "ما هو موجود الآن مجموعة موظفين يسمون أنفسهم "أمانة عامة" وهم مستمرون في هذه الوظيفة ليحافظوا على دخلهم"، لافتا في السياق ذاته الى ان "تحالف 14آذار لا معنى له من دون سعد الحريري ووليد جنبلاط".

وهاب، وردا على سؤال، أجاب: "الحريري سيزور قريبًا دمشق متى أراد ذلك، وهناك سيلاقي كل ترحيب وكل اهتمام من الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد وسيلقى ايضا كل المساعدة من سوريا لينجح في مهمته"، مؤكدًا أن "دمشق ستتعاطى معه بما يليق بموقعه اليوم كرئيس للحكومة اللبنانية".

إقليميا، أعرب وهاب عن اعتقاده بأن "تلعب سوريا دورًا للتقريب بين إيران والسعودية في ظل الحوار والتقارب القائمين بين دمشق والرياض"، وعبّر وهاب عن "إيمان" بـ"قدرة سوريا على لعب دور محوري في تأليف حلف سوري ـ إيراني ـ تركي يمكن ان تنضم اليه السعودية والعراق في ما بعد ليشكّل قوة إقليمية هامة في المستقبل"، داعيًا "الأنظمة العربية إلى استغلال العلاقات السورية الإيرانية لتحسين علاقتهم بطهران، ولإدراك أن الخطر عليهم إسرائيلي وليس إيرانيًا"

We have learn the tools of pressuring includes 2 tools:

!-Money (We all know that Syria don't pay money and if GMA need money he would be more welcomed by SA).

2-Artillery pressure:Syrian troops aren't in Lebanon now.

I will go on with you that Harriri doesn't want GB to brcome a minster so what is exactly the effect of Syria on SH to go there and demand that from Syria.

i already mentioned in another post that Syria asked for Bassil
in Energy ministry but not directly to Bassil or GMA as Wahhab mentioned....it was
through Sleiman Franjieh(the proposal included state minister for SF etc...), he proposed it
to GMA, they reached an agreement AND FPM got what they wanted. Wahhab is just speculating.
