Kamal Joumblatt must be turning in his grave right now. His son changes his mind every 2 seconds, no one can keep up with him. The sad thing is his supporters are blind and still support this low life. Many think that Kamal was like this but he wasn't. If you agree with him or not he was a man principles. He didn't budge nor negotiate. WJ is nothing like his father. He is a chameleon and a shape shifter. One day this and one day that. I just dont know what to say.

His sudden shift is because he got his *** kicked on may 7 AND he has always had good ties with Syria. He is dying to go back to syria and kiss his masters feet.

Now SG, well i think we all know that he is a murderer, a killer, and an israeli. He doesn't care about lebanon at all. He cares about his enclaves. He now supports the LAF who he once tried to destroy. His only enemy is GMA and no one else. He doesn't see whats happening around him. He is shortsided and doesn't look in the long run. He doesn't see what is happening in beirut (as spoken in the other thread) what happened in zahle elections. Nothing. He has blind h8 towards GMA thats it.

Allah Se3ed Lebnan with two creatures like this.

In confessional Lebanon, it is the parliamentary majority who elect a Prime Minister who happens to be Sunni.

Sunnis are just one of the four islamic sects that make up half of Lebanon's parliament.

The Constitution is clear as is the majority's right to form a government, so long as the government is formed of all sects that form Lebanon's diverse confessional landscape. There is nothing in the constitution that specifies whether the PM belongs to the majority Sunni block or not.

You can't just make up the rules as you go.

Or we might as well rip up the Constitution and use it for toilet paper.
Sorry Greg,

You are mistaken big time, In Lebanon it is not the majority(what majority!!!) that nominates PM. It is MP's who find the best to represent the sect that is nominated after reaching a consensus between the blocks. Now, even after Jumbi shifting to the other side, Hariri is the one who best represent his sects and still will be nominated.

as for LF, won' comment! We tried them along with Kataeb for 40 no 60 years. the result is a complete fiasco. Time for change

LOL he fooled the sunnis in the 1970's and used them in his crazy wars and who paid the price? The sunnis of course.
He used the sunnis again in the 1980's and brought them to their knees politically that there was absolutely no presence for them in the Lebanese political scene.
He used Rafik Hariri again in the 1990's and until his death and through him he built his Imara and skyrocketed his bank account.
He used saad hariri and the bala7 revolution in 2005 and was the leader of that coalition and now he stabbed him right in the back and guess who will pay the price??

The sad part in this all is that hair grew on our tongues while we were trying to warn you of Joublatt back in 2005 and before you follow this hypocrite and split the country in two as you did, but la 7ayata li man tounadi. Joumblatt used the sorrow of the Sunnites again due to the assassination of Rafik Hariri and most of all, he used the inexperience and greed of Saad Hariri in order to divide and rule. And chances are, in a couple of years again, he will use you once again and the water will run one more time between your legs.

As for comparing Joumblatt and Geagea, both are big criminals and traitors, the difference is that Joumblatt is clever and don't intentionally harm his community while Geagea is dumb and is programmed on hurting his community mainly.

Manno mtawal, I think he is gonna get it soon, he knows it and this is why he is preparing Taymour.

As for the ones he tricked already uniting themselves against him, I don't have my hopes high on it, it would have happened already if there was any chance for it.

He tricked everybody, he tricked the sunnis mainly in all his political career, he tricked the Christians in 2004 until last elections when he stabbed them in the back again, he tricked the Shiites in 2005 with the parliamentary elections and that famous yawm al koudous speach. I don't think all Christians and sunnites and shiites will unite against Jounblatt, he is playing on their divisions and differences and mainly on their blind sectarianism.

Actually uniting and Joublatt won't fit in one sentence, all his history is a history of seperations, divisions, crimes and thefts.

The Joumblatt hierarchy dates hundreds of years back, to the time of the Chehabs reign in Lebanon. They were present in all our historical wars and turmoils, especially in the massacres of the middle of the 19th century and the massacres of the 1980's.

It is a hierarchy my friend, it is a hierarchy, and the PROGRESSIVE SOCIALIST Party is just a fake illusion hiding a medieval rotten feudal hierarchy which always followed the rule of divide and rule.

It will be a blessed day for Lebanon, the day we see this crime and corruption dynasty end!

PSP is some kind of a trade-mark or a shop sign if you prefer. Liberal party was no more available and soviets were kind enough to give some help so they chose the PSP. Had the british kept their support to the Jumblatt family (and not praised Camille Chamoun in the 50s), they would have called their party "Lebanese for the Commonwealth Party".

I second TK : Jumblatt must be hanged (but after a trial, let's be fair with the principles of democracy).
