I don't think there's a difference (in terms of outlawry) between Geagea, Nasrallah, Berri, Franjieh and Junblat, except that the first served a sentence for 11 years in jail while others were pursuing their outlawry, and still are (some of them at least).
Now regardless of your description of Geagea or his rightness in politics, the points he made are valid.
