1- You have to reside in the country you run in, all of the MPs we have except sa3doudine reside in Lebanon, sa3douddine self declared residence is Saudi Arabia
2- If you can change your noufous from where your are and run in another district as an adopted MP then you can also change the noufous and live in another city and also become an adopted son of the city, so wled el nabatiyye living in Beirut are as Beirutis as wled tarik el jdide

Its not a superiority complex, I'm just making things clear. Beirut is for all the sects I agree, however its wrong to claim whoever comes from nabateye, Tripoly or Keserwen and lives in Beirut becomes a Beiruti.

What about the Beirutis (like myself) who now live in Maten, Nabateye, Tripoly or Keserwen because they were kicked out of Beirut by the people you support?
