Anyone knows the ratio that we pay as tax for a gallon of fuel?

1- C&R proposed a law to link automatically the price of the tank to the world market.. that means that we would reduce it when it goes down, and increase it when it goes up.. Your valentinos friends refused to vote for it..
the C&R promissed to pass it in the next parliament... we didn't get the majority.. so I guess we will hve to wait at least 4 years.

2- When the c&R took the electricity, the 14th March thought that they gave a poisened gift to the opposition. even many of FPMers on this forum were mad because FPM accepted this ministry... aka the ministry that no one wants..
Despite all this, Tabourian created a great solution (30 projects) for a 24h/day electricity, that would also reduce the electricity Bill. Sanioura constantly refused to put it on the agenda. yesterday, Tabourian made big fuss about it.. and yet he couldn't pass it.

3- in the next 4 years, we will watch a catastrophy: the debt will be of 70billions, we will see the fuel tank reaching 50'000LL... the FPM won't be able to do anything about it without a majority. and.. my guess is that in 4 years the majority, will defend itself by saying that FPM was partly responsible of this catastrophy.. exactly like the statement of Scorpion: you were partners in this gov, you must assume responsibility. Ya3ne we will simply be covering them..
THUS my conclusion is: We should not participate to this governement, and let them bite the dust in 4 years!!!
I know it's sad, but if we participate, we will limit the catastophy, but they will renew their majority..

i 100% Agree that we should try new Eco-friendly and fuel-friendly solutions but the problem is that ..well.. not alot of people care about this here! it's all about the $$$$$.... you look at the U.S, Europe, and even Asia... new solutions coming out of ppl's minds... now look at Lebanon.... i mean.. it's already 2009.. and we still haven't achieved 24/7 electricity to end the big mean ol Generators that like to puff out tons of Mazout everyday enno.. if Lebanon can't achieve that... then how we supposed to .... lol...

now look at Dubai.... their making a City that's "0% Carbon emitting" Masdar City - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

now don't get me wrong... a big reason they doing this caz they got the $$$$! but still.. it's a nice project

Lebanon has great potential for Wind farms and Solar power energy.. everyday its windy at the shores and at the mountains and nice and sunny throughout the summer.... but no1 seems to give a **** about the environment! Buying Fuel-Sucking Infinities, Hummers, and Range rovers.. yalla ya shabab.. it's time to think a little!!

you remind me by the Ferrasayine of the bible that looks like stoned tombs.
In any case both of them were right but each one has his own style.
If I want to follow your logic:
Sanioura lowered the price of communications and Tabouryan increased the fuel price
Well kindly check the parliament and the majless el wouzoura files and after that kindly tell me what you think about it.
One more thing:
As Sanioura is a good person (only in march 14 mind) let him stop Tabourian and let him correct the prices.
Regards,

istaghfara Allah!!!
Man I've tried two years ago to get 200 electrical scooters from china (their battery last for 12 hours)
In our beloved nef3a they categorize them as toys and they didn't accept to register them
After asking lot of questions to many responsibles I've got a common question:
Do you want to face alone all the mafia that benefits from fuel??
No more comments.

guys, in summer the consummation of fuel in Lebanon is very high, specially with all the lebanese who comes back here and the tourists....
so it is a chance for Sanioura to make more money out of it, he will make billions out of fuel during summer time, wa na7nou nadfa3 al taman.
