Dude it says "woufqan li qararat wazir al taqa" which means that the minister of energy is the one who raised the prices !!

Lowering cellular bills is the outcome of the hard work of Bassil alone, but increasing oil prices is the mistake of Shata7 and Sanioura :):) ..

Exaclty and to proove my point go back to the parliemnt archive and check how the C&R Mps were in each session presenting a law to cut down the fuel taxes but only to be prevented by the majority.

As for the cellular bills Minsiter Bassil cut down the prices of the private companies and this has no effect on the state taxes income, so Sanyoura couldn't protest or else he will be accused to have a deal with these companies

Anyone knows the ratio that we pay as Tax for a gallon of fuel?
i have a new way of thinking after the elections, "MEN BA3ED HMARE MA YENBOT HASHISH"

thanks to god, my family and I can still fill up the tank, and the ones who have problems with this let them complain to hariri and gang
cheers

actually if i remember correctly..last year when Oil prices reached $150/barrel,, the price of fuel in lebanon reached about 34,300L.L/20L Max(correct me if im wrong). and now.. the Oil price globally is $72/Barrel.. yet.. Benzine is like 30,200L.L/20L! this is because like 6months ago.. they raised the Taxes on Benzine.. so this time.. if oil were to reach $150/barrel again(hopefully never again!). then you can expect benzine here to be like atleast 42,000L.L/20L!!

But this time... if Benzine were to go above 35,000L.L/20L.. im pretty sure alot of ppl will protest against the Taxes!

guess we'll just have to wait and see what becomes of this Tax Train!

I wish if the KSA instead of giving 750 million$ to the loyalists to win the elections, let it give the whole lebanese people fuel on lower prices so that the whole lebanese people can beefit from it...

It is so funny how Bassil didn't spare a minute on TV, or by calling ppl on their cell phones to show ppl what he did in the ministry or ta yefda7 what his opponent loaylists were doing to hurt his ministry.

whereas Mr. Tabourian chose to shut up for 5 months and swallow his honor "as he said yesterday" and talked about his super plan in the last meeting of the govmt, just for ppl not to say he is using it for elections!!!....so which is right?

what Tabourina did or what Bassil did? because obviously they cant be both right

We should start thinking of buying green cars and economize fuel,

Instead of buying a 350, infinity, range rovers, and all the show off big bucks cars and start whining about the fuel prices, we can get some of these >>>

Top 100 Green Cars - Yahoo! Autos
Electric Cars, Hybrid Cars & More | Green Car

and the most remarkable >>>

Compressed air car - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Air Car - zero pollution and very low running costs

they allow lots of fuel economy and a cleaner environment
