Icon8 Fuel Price in Lebanon - 20th June 2009

Hi,

Most of the Lebanese are suffering from the raise on the fuel price in Lebanon.

Does the increase on the fuel price in Lebanon varies proportionally to the change in the fuel price across the globe?

Anyone knows the ratio that we pay as Tax for a gallon of fuel?

it is supposed to get up when the prices increase and get down when the global decreases,

But thx god we live in the wonder land of sanyoura.

When the price goes up the Fuel Prices goes up
and when the prices goes down the Fuel tank prices goes up too

currently the government takes a share of around 12-13 000 L.L. per 20 Litres

And for the coming 4 weeks prices in Lebanon will go even higher each week do not be surprised...

Last June barrel price was almost double the price now, and the price in Lebanon was close to what we pay now :), at that time the govmt eliminated the tax and was taking 0 L.L.

Tabourian is not able to present his remedial plan to the electricity in Lebanon on the goverment schedule of works, because of Sanyoura blocking and you are holding him responsibe of the fuel pries?
Were you around in the last 4 months when the C&R MPs were fighting in the parliment to cut down the fuel taxes and repeatedly prevented by the majority and Sanyoura?
Hatred is blinding you my freind.

Eventualy you and most of Lebanese got what you deserve............enjoy the taxes and Hariri/Sanyoura rule for the next 4 years.

Have better knowledge before making a fool out of urself here

Taborian isn't the person in charge of increasing or decreasing the fuel price

this sentence is taken from the Minsitry website:

The taxes are set by the ministry of economy and finance aka by sanyoura boy Mr. Chata7.

Again i must confess that i am happy to see the fuel prices going crazy in lebanon, so the 14 march followers can taste their own poison in the next 4 years
