Do not confuse issues. Boutros Harb was in the political scene before Saad started driving a car. Michel Pharaon's family is one of the most prominent families in Beirut and was in politics way before Hariri senior even thought of politics. Solange Gemayel is the wife of Bachir who was in politics even before Saad was born maybe. Regardless if these people took the wrong path, however, they were there, but these newly created movements, those are pathetic. They have no cause, and something that is built on no cause can't survive. Hating GMA or hating HA is not a cause.

In 2007 they brought 2200 votes vs 7800 votes the Dashnak brought. Will the shift of armenians in 2007 continue to 2009? Or will the Dashnak still remain the major force between armenians?

What info you guys got about this movement?
You are very wrong... In 2005 there was no Flam and the number of votes that Madeyan got was about the same... These are not Flam votes but it includes Huncheg, Ramgavar and armenians who dislike Tashnag. Flam is just a try to change the fact the Tashnag represent 90% of the Armenians. But they don't know that this has increased Tashnag's representation within Armenians... I respect Hunchag, Ramgavar a lot but can never have respect to ppl that have no Cause than taking money from Hariri in order to be elected and in order to break the oldest political party...

Flam is never an issue for us as Armenians.... they would like to collect money from Harriri fine with the rest of Armenians..lol 200 welfare recipients doesn't alarm us at all after all 200 flam members represents 2% of the votes... is it that alarming?..lol besides tomorrow the money flow will cease when they loose the elections then what will they do?..lol

"Tashnag" is the Lebanese nickname for the party ,it's not a word hehe
Western Armenians say Tashnag ,as Eastern Armenians spell it Dashnak ..
It's the same in grammar , but it differs in spelling ,since the West and East Armenians were separated for 1000 years +

LOL FLAM is a movement organized by General Nareg Aprahamian ,who was a good guy ,but obviously now he's the traitor in the Armenians ,since he got kicked out from ARF to be a Hariri employee ..
These FLAM guys represent 53 people(including members and supporters, most of them represent the families of the 7 movement founders- I counted them on the 14th of February in BH ...seriously)
Fox they aren't considered as a political force ,rather than a media attracting moevement .The real political feud in Armenians is between Tashnag and Hunchag/Ramgavar/(AGBU) ,and perhaps there are some LF Armenians ,that aren't considered Armenians for us.

AGBU is a non-political organization which also has members who are Tashnag supporters (maybe the minority in it) and also Hunchag and Ramgavar supporters.
