I saw today 3 new posters on the Airport Express Highway. They related to flights from abroad, the debt, change. Sorry I didn't manage to take snapshots, so does anyone have them? | | | | | Registered Member

I was coming back from Tripoli today, and made the following observation... [Did not have much t think about, so I counted the posters...]
Jbeil [Between Madfoun Chekpoint and Nahr Ibrahim]. I counted 44 Tayyar Billboards, and 4 LF/Kataeb billboards.
Keserwan [Between Nahr Ibrahim and Nahr el Kalb]. I counted 37 Tayyar Billboards and 2 LF/Kataeb Billboards.
Metn [Between Nahr el Kalb, and Hayek Roundabout, via Jdeideh Highway]. I counted 42 Tayyar Billboards and 6 Kataeb/LF Billboards.
Total : 123 Tayyar v/s 12 Kataeb/LF.
Why is this ?
1. Are Kataeb/LF so sure they r losing so they r not wasting time and money on these regions?
2. Is Tayyar so desperate abt losing that they r throwing all these resources in these regions?
3. Are Kataeb/LF so sure about victory that they don't even care abt paying money for billboards?
4. Is it simply that they will launch their campaign a bit later?

123 vs 12 is strange, isn't it???? | I have only one comment to give: shou afda belak to count the number of billboards one by one. Don't tell me u had a chart and pen and jotted "1" each time u passed by a billboard!
