It has nothing to do with overconfidence! It is a scientific issue: the huge number of expats closed the gap in districts where the difference is big and secured the win in close districts!
Had we brought the same number of expats, we would have won in Koura, Batroun, Ach and Zahleh and increased the gap in maten, keserwane and zgharta.
