So you are suggesting that FPM should fool people first and tozmot be kam MP and then it works on the mess inside to see isa byemshi el 7al?
Why you are going to vote or asking people to vote to FPM if it's not clear what's is going to happen to the party? Why a party should ask for the trust of the people for the next 4 years if it is not sure if it's going to make it till the end of these years?
Or it doesn't matter since it is Lebanon and FPM is no better than any other party.

between all the lebanese parties fpm have the least problems and its election will be a first in the lebanese arena, but we are in a very sensitive transitional phase that not all parties are ready to face it .look at the LF for example they are still in their first phase w2ajalo their first annual conference to after the election while they are asking people to vote for LF: a party with no manifesto yet!.
internal election ma2ela 3ale2a with general election.most lebanese vote for electoral programs and political opinions and not on manifestos and internal election wa2ella LF for example should not try to run at all!

FPM is not perfect (who or what is) there are things to develop and to work on but certainly at least it has solid foundations and the honest support of many.

Now how do you see has FPM evolved in the meantime? Especially concerning new leadership development?

I hope FPM has these elections. At the moment its GMA but after him who will come? These elections need to happen for the future of the party OR it will be like another Kataeb.

It hasn't.....And frankly, I think it moved backwards.

Because of its immobility, the FPM is losing a lot of its aura, its supporters and its image.

We have Michel Aoun going on TV every time the FPM has to make a statement.
We have Michel Aoun as the only face of the FPM.

We have Michel Aoun supporting in the harshest ways that his son in law becomes a minister (irrelevant if he did a good job or not, it was a huge tactical mistake).

We have NO internal elections

We have broken promises of internal elections (could we call them lies or it would be too harsh ?)

Anywho, here's the FPM's standing now

Because if you're gonna say that the FPM is in good standing you would look extremely stupid.

BUT if you say that the FPM is doing bad you will be bashed....

Tough choice huh ?

Of course not, never shy away from some constructive opinion...

Considering the general situation FPM is not doing bad of course! In all areas is just doing good....BUT it could do much better, most important is to have that pool of young educated leaders who will keep the party going, and who will have (must have) very good communication skills!!!

IMHO, I believe that the FPM is the party with the most chance of becoming a true policy-based party and not just a cult of personality or a patronage machine.

But internal elections are a must and a commitment to party principles is a must.

This parliamentary term is a crucial one, to really see what kinds of change and reform the FPM will pursue.

Will you push for getting rid of the confessional system? Establishing a senate? Creating a new electoral law? Giving women the right to pass on citizenship? Allowing civil marriage? Fighting corruption? Solving the electricity problem?

If you make a real effort to do this, you'll see your support in Lebanon rise dramatically. If you don't, then there will be little to distinguish the FPM from any other party, in my opinion.
