Based on this calm and sincere comment by Nouhad Mashnouq (Hariri close and trusted advisor), I could see that FM will use anything at their disposal (usually money) to win their "biggest battle."

First the writer is Saleh Mashnouq.
Second, Nouhad Mashnouq is not Hariri advisor.

Yes as a conclusion Hariri is insulting the Lebanese by buying them...some of them are bought easily others they will just tell him fashar bra2btak w ra2bet yalleh khalafak and they will vote against his saudi money...that's the case in Metn.

why do u think Hariri suddenly started worrying about Metn and spreading his hard earned money (he begged for this money from Bandar)?
