Mines? Why would Hizballah need mines? They are not occupying any land. They prefer anti tank weapons, sophisticated ones.

We know Israel exports weapons to Latin America - spanish crates
We know Israel may have captured some Katyushas from the early days of 1978 wars up until 2006.
Plus the Chinese replicas, does not take much for Israel to manufacture these.
Not to mention Israel exported millions worth of weapons to Iran in the 80s while it was under sanctions :).
