باسيل: في الـ2006 كان التركيز واضحا على اتصالات بكركي والرابية

اعلن وزير الاتصالات في حكومة تصريف الاعمال جبران باسيل أنه نجح في اجراء الاصلاحات الضرورية في وزارته، محققا تقدما ملحوظا على هذا الصعيد لم يحصل من قبل

وأشار باسيل تعقيبا على كلامه ان خط الخليوي كان ينقطع في السابق اربع مرات أم الان فاصبح ينقطع مرتين فقط ، مضيفا أنه في أرقى بلدان العالم يحصل هذا الانقطاع ولذلك يجب الاعتراف بالنقلة النوعية التي حصلت وهذا بشهادة أهم الخبراء الدوليون في هذا المجال.
وأضاف باسيل أن هدفه الاساسي منذ استلامه وزارة الاتصالات كان انجاح قطاع الخليوي لكي يتم بيعه فيما بعد بسعر مرتفع لكي يعود ذلك بالمنافع على خزينة الدولة اللبنانية وقد ترجم هذه الاقوال فعلا من حيث أنه قام أولا بتطوير شبكات الخليوي بكلفة أقل بكثير من الكلفة السابقة الموجودة قبل استلامه الوزارة مشيرا أنه تم توفير 200 مليون دولار على الدولة اللبنانية

وأوضح باسيل أن رئيس تكتل التغيير والاصلاح العماد ميشال عون أبلغه بعد اجتماعه بارئيس الحكومة المكلف سعد الحريري أنه يوجد بوادر نوايا جيدة لاتفاق سياسي ولكن هذا لا يعني أننا دخلنا في مرحلة فكفكة للمشاكل الداخلية المتعلقة بتشكيل الحكومة اللبنانية، وخير دليل هو الاختلاف الاساسي بين التيار الوطني الحر وسعد الحريري على موضوع التوطين حيث يبدو واضحا أنه يوجد تباين في وجهات النظر بشأنه، مضيفا أننا نتأكد أكثر من أن الاوضاع الاقليمية تتحكم بقرارات بعض الفرقاء الداخليين ولكن هذا لا ينطبق على تكتل التغيير والاصلاح خاصة في الشؤون اللبنانية الداخلية لاننا نتمتع بسيادة وحرية قرارنا ، أما في كل ما يتعلق بمواضيع أو مشاكل خارجية كالتوطين أو الملف النووي الايراني فيمكن في هذه الحالات الاحتكام أو أخذ بعين الاعتبار الاراء الخارجية والظروف الاقليمية

وتابع باسيل جازما أن التيار في السياسة التي يتبعها لا يهدف الى الاضرار باحد ولكننا في نفس الوقت عنصر أساسي في المعادلة اللبنانية وعلى سعد الحريري أن يأخذ ذلك بعين الاعتبار لأن المادة 95 من الدستور اللبناني توجب على الحكومة التي سيتم تأليفها أن تراعي مختلف الطوائف في لبنان مراعاة عادلة، فاذا خالفنا هذه المادة فذلك يعني اقصاء نصف المسيحيين كي لا نقول أكثر من الحكومة التي ستشكل وهذا لا يأتي بالخير على البلاد وكل التجارب السابقة منذ عهد الاستقلال تؤكد ذلك، ومن هنا كانت مطالبتنا بسبعة وزراء أي نصف عدد الوزراء المسيحيين الين سيكونون موجودين في الحكومة المقبلة

واوضح باسيل أن مطالب التيارالوطني الحر ليست تعجيزية كما يحاول البعض أن يروج،بل أردنا فقط أن نحافظ على حقائبنا السابقة مع الحصول على حقيبة سيادية، زلكن تم افتعال المشاكل معنا من أجل اضاعة الوقت

ولفت باسيل أن التيار مصمم جدا على تسمية وزرائه بنفسه لان هذا نهج أو منحى دستوري نص عليه اتفاق الطائف بشكل واضح، ولذلك يجب على رئيس الحكومة المكلف الاعترافباحجام كل فريق لبناني لأن هذا الموضوع من شأنه أن يسهل تاليف الحكومة

وأكد باسيل أن قرارمجلس الوزراء باعطاء المعلومات للاجهزة الامنية ما زال مستمرا في الوزارة، مضيفا أنه لن يمضي أو يوافق على ملاحقة مضمون ال "sms " لانه في عام 2006 كان التركيز واضحا على اتصالات الرابية وبكركي بشكل فاضح دونا عن سائر المخابرات

FPM has every right to demand the ministries it wants in order to participate. It doesn't have however the right to demand to be in the government. Either FPM gets what it wants or it compromises or it has every right to be in the opposition. The notion of "we get what we want or no gov" simply leverages the strength of the weapons at the expense of sovereignty and democracy.

Apparant from Lebanon,

In any country in the world in one group in lose the elections despite of
getting 200,000 more the other group(there were Na2l Nofos,&750 millions of dollars) ,and the loser group wants only 1/3 of the minsters and the whom called loyalists refused, what do u want this group to do?

Just saw Bassil on Kalam el Nas.
The more I listen to him, the more I realize what a great young man he is!!!
He is a model minister.
GMA chose the right man for the job as minister of telecommunication.

There are a lot of good people. The Lord of the Wedding Ring isn't the only man in FPM that can be an adequate minister. But he certainly is one of two GMA son in laws, isn't he now! The other one is busy running OTV...
