No one knows for sure if Bassiel will be heading the ministry of energy but hopefully he won't, I think he has a lot more to finish and projects to start in the ministry of communication now that he got a hold of it's corruption keys, it's time to keep demolishing those bastards, no one else is more qualified for the job, the ministry of energy means lots of trouble and a tough task that even 5 bassiels won't be able to get it on the right track.

You can't exclude the idea that handing Bassiel the ministry of Energy could be a setup to burn his name and mark him as a failure, there's no way the ministry of energy could get on it's feet without support from the ministry of Finance which will be handed to the same idiot one more time, Bassiel shined in the ministry of communications because it's sort of an independent ministry that is self funded and capable of generating it's own cash flow while the ministry of energy is soaked in debt and fully dependent.

I'm sure Aoun is aware of that.
Puting Bassil in this ministry is like playing poker.
Aoun is betting that Bassil will succeed (and if he does Aoun will double his gains in popularity) and Hariri is betting Bassil will fail (and if he fails, he hopes that FPM will lose popularity which will be for his advantage).
Time will tell who is gonna win the bet...
