I strongly disagree
1/ Christian represents some 40% of this population in country.. and dont forget all the non-Lebanese resident and the Lebanese who do not have citizenship
2/ By adding 200 000 Sunni in 1994, Hariri could play with demographics. BY FACT, I know that more than 300 000 Iraqi Christian would move and live in Lebanon (one of my familly is working with them at the UN). ALL Applications are being rejected, so they dont even apply for citizenship.
Giving citizenship to some 300 000 Iraqi Christian will compensate the 1994 ILLEGAL LAW and will bring back the balance.
3/ IF and I say IF... we start seing a real threat against our security... we dont care of asking anyone : WE CUT THIS COUNTRY !
Technically we are packed in Christian regions thus have absolute power on the ground.. we will cut Lebanon if we see a risk on our existence.. we dont care of anyone else than ourselves if a risk on our existance as we have today.
4/ I repeat : selling a land to a foreigner is a CRIME. Any person who sell appartments/lands to foreigners MUST be denounced publicly. Please do not hesitate to throw NAMES !!!
Dont worry.. we are here to stay for a very very very long time even if the whole world is unhappy. IT IS OUR COUNTRY !Keep hope, be positive, invest in this country and never accept the pessimistic atmosphere our opponents LOVE to put within us...
