No, there will not be a new war.
In few words: The illusion of pressuring on Iran is only to indirectly pressure on fundamental Islam (Whether Sunnite or Shiite). Currently USA and Israel do not have 100% Lebanese puppets (in the last moment, they[M14] puppets change, bye2lbo, as historically documented). Fundamental Sunnite ocean is greater threat to Israel than Hizbullah and is not halted through Egyptian/Syrian/Jordanian borders. Hizbullah provides balanced climate in the region compared to fundamental Sunnite although Hizbullah supports fundamental Sunnite in order to provide pressure on Israel.
Moreover the financial crisis world wide cannot be covered by weapon traffic since there is auto-sufficiency (self-manufactured weapons in Iran). All factors indicate, according to me, toward no war, but cold war till factors change.

Lebanon's salvation is in the readoption of the pre-Taif era and conditions.

there was small faction in 1982 who called them selves hisbuallah and they were throwing roses on women in (Longbeach) Manara who were wearing Bikinis
and as for the war with Israel,there might be a war soon because Natanyaho is facing a bigger problem (the settlements) in order to take the us admin from his back and creat diversion or something to bargain with
at the end Lebanese poor people will pay the price,if you guys can stop the planes bombing and the ships bombing GO AHEAD but if not DO NOT GAMBLE WITH POOR PEOPLES LIVEHOOD with the surprise that your saying
