Well actually for the same reasons I don't see any war between Israel and Lebanon happening soon.

The naturalisation of the palestinians issue won't ignite a war between Lebanon and Israel, if it is pushed, it will ignite an internal war unfortunately. Ba3den our guarrantee is of course the Batrak, if they will try to naturalise the palestinians by force, he will surely prevent it by nagging about it all day long on TV until people cannot bear it anymore. Israel needs an upper hand for tawteen to work or forced. in the current situation as it is now they dont have the upper hand neither in the arab side nor on the iranian side especially after the last july war and its great defeat in Lebanon and what followed inside israel
they need a clear victory war against lebanon or syria and then iran or vice versa, else they cannot force anything by diplomacy since no one will accept such an act simply. but if God forbid there was a war and a brutal one as usual a new UN resolution (also as usual) will give israel what they need and put the arabs under (al 2mer el waqe3) thus they can procceed with their "smart plans"
so because of the above and the new things we r facing today i say yes there is a war but when and how is the question

the next war will be a regional one. Its a death-death situation for Israel.

- Demographics in Israel is turning against them and thats
what drove natanyahu to talk about Israeli arabs.
- Iran can produce its nuclear bomb in 24 hours now
- Israel will lose its hegemony over the middle east once that happens, the
area will be too hostile for the Israelis to contain.
- Israel, sooner or later will have to bomb irans nuclear facilities to delay irans nuclear program for another 10 years.

Israel is on its way to its evanescence, the real question is when?

If there will be a war between Israel and Lebanon, it will be also a regional war. I dont know the right answer to this question, all I know is if Iran has internal problems between them, it might lead to a civil war in Iran first, then, Syria is smarter so they went doing some deals with Saudié and the USA to not include them in this war and I feel Lebanon is doing the same specially with Hariri doing a MOU between them and HA and Jumblatt included as well, so I think we wont face any new coming war soon. I feel the next war that might happen if there is one in Lebanon would be the tawtin war between everyone and the palestinians in Lebanon but then, I think the deal between Syria- Saudia is maybe shipping them elsewhere than Lebanon and thats why HA is agreeing on things. And when yesterday, Bahia Hariri said that she was working to see what they will do with the weapons of the Palestinians inside the camp, I am feeling a big change in Lebanon is comming. I dont think FM afford to make a war at the moment. If there is a war it will be a civil war in Iran supported by the west who will be playing a big role specially people who live outside Iran and work for the CIA or israelis agent!

We're in a state of war with Israel and the Armistice agreement is not enforced. As long as we don't sign a peace treaty with Israel, nobody else than those who are behind the scenes can foresee what will happen.

The only thing we know is that in case of military operations, we'll have our infrastructures destroyed once again, we'll lose lots of lebanese innocent lives. And we know that the israeli army will be obliged to cross the border in order to try to score any single little victory, thus confronting the lebanese army and the resistance. And it won't be a walk in the park to fight against the resistance and the lebanese army special forces.

I believe HA who are always conscientious already built shelters for civilians in areas where they are present.

The Lebanese government should build shelters at least in the areas lacking of shelters.
