What I concluded by browsing Alarabiya Site, new episodes of the program will be broadcasted every Thursday at 21:05 GMT, and replays will follow all week long at the following times: (GMT)

Fri 03:05 - 14:05 - 22:05
Sat, Tue, Wed 03:05 - 14:05 - 21:05
Sun, Mon 03:05 - 14:30 - 21:05

First to correct what I've already posted regarding broadcasting times:

The program will be broadcasted daily at 21:05 (except on Friday at 22:05)

and replays follow at the following times:

As to the first episode, as expected Sami didn't have anything to say but to mention Hizbollah and their weapons in every sentence and argument he presented!
Kanaan did well in showing Sami's controversial arguments!
