I think the majority of Lebanese already know the relation of Hariri with the Syrians (at least those of a certain age), and probably that's an exhausted subject. Spotting the light on such issues would attract a wider audience, and of course, it's beneficial by itself as means for awareness (if prepared in a professional way). |
Fully agree with you Chafic. In the words of Mahatma Ghandi "an eye for an eye, and the world goes blind"
I would like to add though that OTV should focus not only on "problems that took place during the Haririan governance" but more importantly on
SOLUTIONS to the "problems that took place during the Haririan governance." I, along with many other Lebanese, am fed up with accusations and counter-accusations that do nothing but exacerbate the overall situation in the country.
In a nutshell, anyone can locate problems, the challenge is to promote new ideas and solutions to pre-existing problems. That is the direction towards which OTV and FPM in general ought to be channeling their energy instead.
