Iran didn't give the money and weapons for charity. It's using HA to further its interests. Giving money and weapons allows Iranians to threaten Israel using HA like this guy here does:

HA didn't liberate the South. Just like GMA said in the past, HA delayed the liberation of the South by over a decade.
