12th October 2009
Good evening guys,
I understand some forum members' frustration from the amount of critic being brought up, especially that I, myself, feel despised and disgusted from some people who "infiltrate" to make use of some negative atmospheres to spread their poisons!
I hereby clarify that critic alone, especially regarding FPM members' behaviors and attitudes on all levels, is absolutely destructive, and must be fiercely fought when intentionally made baseless or when reflecting a certain "I-was-born-to-criticize" syndrome.
Critics made it clear to everybody already that the deep essence of FPM is more than good. It can't be otherwise anyway as long as it has experienced a miraculous phenomenon like General Michel Aoun for once at least.
This attitude will become destructive if it only carried negative comments without any vision for the good activity desired and preached.
I have a lot of ideas (hundreds actually) to launch one after the other in that regard.
Once we move to good activity, all the bad elements who had destructive thoughts in the flow of critics will be revealed and burned on the way.
So for the moment, I am opening this thread for ideas on campaigns that can be launched, activity ideas, positive projects etc... So I will add my input all along the way as well.
And this is why I started a very important thread some while ago calling all free activists to get ready to invade the scenes back and save our country from the absurdity it has been living for the last few years.
I hope this thread remains a place to discuss positive action and I can guarantee that the right channeling will be made for all the good ideas in order to be implemented on ground and call all the volunteers back to correct good action for the better of our nation.
And I hope this thread will be a good test to everyone who's criticizing simply because of bad intentions... | | | | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to Comrade Bassam For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

Having more dedicated, talented, and motivated young people like Sami Saab doing campaigns is crucial for FPM... | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Tayyar Keserwen For This Useful Post: | | | Orange Room Supporter

quelles sont mes taches ? | Start building a preliminary vision of "Politics" in your country. Start feeling the sense of monitoring of society and social and individual behavior. Start developing a sense of tolerance and patience if you want to pursue a successful long path of activism. Start building a strong culture of ethics, whether being a student, a citizen or whatever identity in society. Start educating yourself with issues that influence all the factors of politics. Start gathering and filing data on organizations and start getting involved with activities that have a "good cause" to start getting in real touch with society... etc
And most importantly, never give up on your critical thinking and make sure you do all your possible to plant that culture in the minds of everybody around you.
Another thing you never give up, not even to the threats of death, your Freedom: of thought, of action, of spirit, etc...
And one final note: Trust no one! You are your only real salvation. It's all there inside you.
And one thing to engrave in your brain: with real belief, you can move mountains!
More to come... | | | | | Administrator

quelles sont mes taches ? | -Raise your voice when you see something wrong going on.
-Be active more than your officials.
-Don't waste your time following other parties news and behavior.
-Don't give up if your opinion wasn't taken into consideration, for the 1st time, not even for the 1 millionth time. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Jean For This Useful Post: | | | Orange Room Supporter

More to come... | One suggestion: Grass roots and decentralization.
Don't try to control everything from the center. Allow teams to form independently and in full autonomy vs. FPM the party.
Let every motivated person start whatever endeavour they're interested in, offer the "central" infrastructure and communication base to help them but let them drive their actions.
We can't afford to be a top-down command and control (we're too disfunctional and don't have enough resources). Let us use the bottom-up operating model. And let's keep that outside of the formal FPM structure... Let's make it clear that all these efforts and here to support FPM and we have a self-reinforcing iterative mechanism between these "committees" and the party , but don't saddle our activists with the party's administration | | | | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to Revolution1989 For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

Hopefully indeed... | hope is good but not enough each one of us has a responsability , we did not go all this way to let others "steal" the key .
for almost 2 decades we were a fierce resistance , today things changed the goals the values the principles are the same but the whole circumstances changed we moved from being active as resistants to active as country builders . this is our task today . one thing must be clear we are here to stay and persevere for those who think they can dismentle this mouvement i say you are dead wrong !
when we were resistants we did not wait for orders or plans or whatever our thrist for freedom was the dynamo that converted this thirst to actions . today our will to build a new country should be this dynamo convert this will to actions on the ground .
today we have politicians we elected to take care of the political part . we on the other side en parallel we have the responsability of spreading our values and principles in our serounding, our neighborhood, our schools , our families we have a hudge social educational culturel ecological work to do on many levels . | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to coralie For This Useful Post: | | | Orange Room Supporter
