1. The protection of Lebanon from Israeli attacks and the retrieval of Shebaa Farms through the full execution of Resolution 1701.

From 2002 to 2006, the Siniora government did not request that the UN demands from Israel to withdraw from the Lebanese Shebaa farms. Summer 2006, instead of directing its energy towards stopping Israel, March 14 used a "war logic" against the Lebanese resistance, just as Israel was bombing Lebanon in summer 2006. According to the Israeli book "Spider Webs - The Story of the Second Lebanon War," published by Ahronoth, Hezbollah offered to return the Israeli prisoners in return of a cease fire, a week into the summer 2006 war. Yet, Israel rejected that offer after "Olmert said he didn't like the idea. He added: 'We have no problem with Siniora. We think he's good news overall."

2. The imposition of the state authority over all its lands according to the Taёf Accord so that “there are no weapons besides those of the state’s”

March 14 did nothing to guide Hezbollah towards disarming, on the contrary it worked in a dual way by supporting the resistance in its government's statement and supporting Israeli war in 2006. The Lebanese Patriotic Party signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hezbollah where they agree to disarm on certain conditions. March 14 ignored this agreement. even though the Memorandum of Understanding provided a clear roadmap for the solution.

3. The termination of the disagreement with Syria which adopted since 1974 the policy of military neutralization and establish normal and friendly ties with it according to the Taёf Accord and common interests. This requires the termination of Syrian intrusion in Lebanese affairs and the continuation of diplomatic ties and the demarcation of borders between the two states starting from Shebaa farms. This also requires settling the issue of Lebanese prisoners in Syrian jails and the termination of military bases located outside Palestinian refugee camps but is under Syrian operatives. Reconsidering unjust agreements made during the Syrian tutelage era will also be required.

It is the General Aoun who reached out to Syria after its withdrawal in 2005 to initiate friendly relations. March 14 did nothing but use inflammatory language since they switched from being Syrian puppets to being Bush’s puppets. Under the occupation Hariri and Joumblat were willing Syrian puppets, while the General Aoun was the leader of the only liberation movement, always appealing to Syria to withdraw so that Lebanon and Syria can have mutually respectful relations.

4. To keep Lebanon in harmony with the international community based on the UN charter and the international resolutions, as well as avoiding any confrontation with the international community for sectarian reasons contradicting its effective interest and for tensed slogans that does not reflect its pluralism, and to reactivate coexistence in Lebanon.

The Lebanese Patriotic Movement opposes sectarianismand advocates the separation of religion and state in its platform. March 14 was reported in international media for hiring foreign mercenaries(Fatah el Islam) to provoke a civil war against the opposition. March 14 promotes sectarianism by enacting the Taef agreement which institutionalized a confessional government structure.

5. Getting back the traditional role of Lebanon among Arab countries contributing to the achievement of an Arab solidarity that is the first condition for the Arabs to have their rights, and the commitment to support the Palestinian people’s struggle and unity under the leadership of the PLO to attain an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as capital, following the “two states” solution and the Arab peace initiative.

Arab governments did not show the soldiarity they claim towards Lebanon and Palestine in their revendications against Israel. During the 2006 and 2008-2009 Israeli offensives in Lebanon and Gaza, Arabic government blamed the resistances. March 14’s right arm,

Fatah el Islam , used the Palestinians in Hahr el Bared as a body shield in a cross fire with the Lebanese Army. It is the Lebanese Patriotic Party who has met and agreed with the PLO on the right to return

6. The full commitment to refuse the resettlement of the Palestinian brothers in Lebanon, and approving the law project for a constitution amendment proposed by March 14 MPs regarding this subject 6 months earlier and that requires the unanimity of the parliament in order to amend the constitutional article of the resettlement.

The March 14 majority in parliament had 4 years to pass a law that clearly prevents the settlement of Palestinians in Lebanon, and they did not. How is this suddenly a priority, just before the elections?

7. The completion of the establishment of the state and its institutions, after the charter of coexistence, with the application of the Taef agreement and the constitution, reaching a democratic state that ensures equality between the citizens in rights and duties despite their sectarian affiliation. The initiation of a new electoral law reducing the electoral age to 18.

Taef institutionalized sectarianism. March 14 is a collection of sectarian warlords; Sunnite, Druze and Christian separatists, who attempted to dismantle the religiously diverse opposition by provoking a civil war at the hands of hired mercenaries in 2007, Fatah el Islam. Jumblat is notorious for threatening the Lebanese with a "civil war", as is common is his speeches.

8. To commit to the requirements of the international tribunal for Lebanon to unveil the truth and to establish justice, immunizing Lebanon’s sovereignty, putting an end to the political assassinations.

March 14 imprisoned four Generals, for 4 years without legal evidence against them. The Bush administration which they drew support from is now accused of having conducted these assassinations .

9. Procure the necessary moves insuring the comeback of all displaced finalizing the file completely.

The sectarian warlord Jumblatt, responsible of the massacres along with the warlord Geagea, has blocked the return of the refugees. For years, millions of dollars have been spent single handedly and subjectively by Jumblatt leading to a meek average return rate of 17%, 19 years after the end of the war.
March 14 members occupied the ministry for the displaced for 15 of the past 20 years, and made no effort to resolve the issue of the displaced:

10. Protecting Lebanon and the Lebanese from the world financial crisis, preserving the monetary stability, keeping the inflation at law rates, and to profit from Paris 3 conference.

A 2001 UN commission reported its assessment of corruption in Lebanon, under the Hariri and Saniora government: the country had been losing $1.5 billion to corruption annually (almost 10% of its GDP), and billions of dollars in bilateral and multilateral grants and soft loans were grossly misspent. March 14 owes the Lebanese a transparency report about the way they spent the donation money from Paris 3, following the Israeli offensive of 2006.

11. To commit to economical, financial and monetary policies in all fields and throughout Lebanon, eliminating the inconvenient in front of investments giving the priority to projects insuring quality job opportunities to the Lebanese.

March 14 covers Solidere’s high jacking citizens’ properties in downtown Beirut, under the false slogan of "reconstruction".

The March 14’s mishandling of the job market has inflated the immigration rate. March 14 refused to pay retroactive raises from 1996, to government employees including Lebanese University employees. The Change and Reform Block demanded a resolution, in parliament, to make the government pay its dues to its employees.

12. Giving a bigger role to the woman in the social, economical and political life, and to enable the woman legally after law amendments especially that of the elections.

March 14 members of parliament voted against having a quota of women on electoral lists, which was aimed "to give a bigger role to the women in the political life". March 14 has not passed any equal opportunity employment, affirmative action, or anti-sexual harassment laws to protect women in Lebanon. The abuse of immigrant female workers has gone unchecked under the March 14 rule.

13. To commit to the Lebanese expatriates in the world supporting the independence of Lebanon, its sovereignty and prosperity, ensuring they have the same duties and rights as the local inhabitants, giving them the opportunity of investing and working in Lebanon.

The Change and Reform block is the only parliamentary group who voted in favor of the vote of Lebanese from abroad. March 14 voted against this proposition.

14. Giving additional care to the environmental issues in Lebanon with a national strategy to apply the laws regarding this subject.

March 14 have taken no responsibility for the the sea shore pollution through Solidere’s landfill management. They have landfilled parts of the Lebanese sea shore and sold it to unregulated foreign developers. The Change and Reform Block, on the other hand, has proposed a law to regulated foreign developers and prevent them from exploiting the Lebanese population. March 14 sabotaged beach reclaiming efforts by the public, after the 2006 Israeli-caused oil spill. They have furthered reduced the amount of green space in Lebanon. They have perpetuated the mismanagement of the public transport system, thus exacerbating the traffic congestion and urban pollution problem. More on neglected environmental issues in Lebanon.

When they tried to dismantle HA's illegal comm network, the country almost went to civil war. The govt did respond to terrorists in Nahr el Bared, something that had never been done. HA was the one warning the army from entering the camp.

أنا لا أعتبر أن هذه الشبكات غير شرعيّة لأنه من حق أيّ مقاومة أن يكون لها شبكاتها الخاصة للتواصل مع بعضها البعض فهذا يبعد عنه الخطر
