chafic, the major part of lawsuits in Lebanon are settled outside the walls of the court. It's not a big deal if a land dispute was settled this way.
Besides, before asking FPM and Hezbollah to go to court, shouldn't the rightful owner of the building file a lawsuit with the proper procedure?
I saw many cases of land disputes settled over a cup of coffee. There's no harm in settling differences outside of the courthouse, as long as they're not settled under the skirt of lady justice.

faris soued is a former shadow of his former self, and even then he was just full of hot air.

here, he's just another trader of death trying to cash in on ppl's fear instead of doing anything constructive about it.

i’m really waiting for the day when i hear a 14bazar hero thinking for once b4 opening his mouth and regurgitating his stale and useless fear spiced memes.

I've been told it's a cross between Bangalore's sewer system and the Jeita grotto.

It's the product of the Lebanese themselves. The mirror is always inside the firmly closed closet.
But it's even worse.
It's only here that La Fontaine's donkey is actually a wolf, the donkey breed is rare if not non-existent.

In Ziad Rahbani's play "bikhsous el karame w el sha3b el 3anid", there's a small time crook and thief who tries to steal a simple Vespa. When he is caught red-handed, he tells the officer that he wants to feed his family. The officer replies with the usual authoritarian tone and the grin of someone trying to caricaturize an irony, "and would you feed them a Vespa".
... then, right after he lets him go (ba3d wasta), the crook becomes arrogant, bounces back and threatens him with all kinds of insults.

On a side note, i would prefer if we keep god's only perfect beings outside of the circus of imperfections we dance in everyday. La Fontaine and Orwell should have been paint-splashed by PETA.

Are you a member of the jury for the annual "Quote of the Year" festival?
Or just from the selection committee?
