there is nothing strange in SG approach to this matter. SG, knows very well what he is doing and fits Hariri and alike to have Samir Geagea as Allies. Eventually the minority Christians in Beirut and other areas will be self- motivated or incited to relocate into more homogenous areas and thus segregate the Lebanese populations. SG plan is to "Hybridize" the sectarian feelings in the youth and polarize their parents in a time consuming process but yet have high success rate.

1st thing is that YES the FM or the sunni sect has their eye on beirut. This has been happening for years and not only now. There is stuff happening bel baladiyet as well. This should be really looked at.

2nd thing the christians have a responsibility to apply for these jobs or roles. the problem is that the christian doesnt apply for a job for $500 because he thinks he is 'akbar' min heik. this is also the responsibility of the christians. it looks like they are HELPING in making this true. instead of going outside and going to work in dubai, qatar or going to US/Australia/Canada they should really start thinking what do they want.

What do you mean the Sunnis have their eyes on Beirut? They are an integral part of Beirut.

more than a week ago my argument was:

Jade, your legitimate questions should be scrutinized closely. The first one is not addressed in the reported news and thus no information on the proportional number between Christian vs. Muslim who applied. However, one can speculate that enough Christians applied for the number of corresponding vacant positions.

whats so integral part for them? they have had their eyes on beirut for ages. they sold our lands, our buildings, our houses. they want to make it like tripoli and saida.
