بين تثبيت المهندسين المتعاقدين والحرس البلدي والتوازن الطائفي وولادة الحكومة يستمرّ التعليق بملفّ الناجحين في مباريات مجلس الخدمة المدنية لملء الشغور في وظائف الفئتين الثانية والثالثة من ملاك توظيف في بلدية بيروت فمنذ ثمانية أشهر فاز 137 شخصاً في امتحانات مجلس بين مراقبين صحيين ورؤساء دوائر وكتّاب وغيرهم مع مراعاة شغور الوظيفة العامة، غير انّ أصحاب الشأن لا يزالون ينتظرون التوقيع على قرار توظيفهم منذ آخر تاريخ لصدور النتائج في 12 شباط 2009.

قرار يضعه الناجحون في عهدة محافظ بيروت والشمال بالوكالة ناصيف قالوج الذي يملك حق التوقيع من دون أن يلزمه القانون بمهلة زمنية محددّة لذلك، ويلفتون الى تعاقد غير قانوني مع اشخاص غيرهم للقيام بمهمات ادارية داخل البلدية.

أحد الناجحين يسأل في تحقيق بثتّه شاشة الـأوتي في: "كيف يترك محافظ بيروت 137 شاب وشابة من دون تعيين؟ ليفسّر للإعلام والرأي العام اللبناني ما هي الأسباب الحقيقية من وراء رفض التوقيع؟

إحدى الناجحات تقول: " إتضّح لي أنه يجب تامين الدعم السياسي من قبل الأهل، لذلك اوجّه رسالتي للأهالي ولنواب بيروت لدعمنا... لماذا لا تدعموننا؟

شخص آخر يقول: "هناك 20 مراقب صحي فائز، أتمنى من المحافظ النظر بأهالي بيروت...".

أحد المسيحيين يقول: "أنا كمسيحي ليست مشكلتي بمسيحيين آخرين لا يريدون التقديم على هذه الوظيفة وهم يطالبون بأخذ حقوقهم، شخصياً فزت في الإمتحانات ولدي الأحقية في أن أكون... السؤال هل يعقل أن تعمل أناس مكان اناس آخرين هم ناجحون أصلاً بكفاءتهم وهؤلاء الوافدين آتون بواسطة؟".

توافر الإعتمادات المالية المرصودة في موازنة البلدية حسب رئيسها عبد المنعم العريس في مقابل فراغ وظيفي نسبته 90% يبقي السؤال برسم المسؤولين السياسيين والمحافظ ناهيك عن خوف الناجحين من عدم أخذ نتائج مباريات مجلس الخدمة المدنية في الإعتبار إضافة الى سؤالهم عن سبب ربط تعيينهم بالتوازن الطائفي الذي غاب اساساً عن تعيينات الضمان والصحة والمالية.

رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال فؤاد السنيورة تبنّى حلاً جزئياً ومرحلياً يعتمد تقسيم النتائج على دفعات بحيث ترتكز الى قبول 17 مسيحياً من بين 137 ناجحاً في ما يقبل 55 فائزاً مسلماً. أمّا قالوش وفي اتصال هاتفي مع الـ"أو تي في" رفض التعليق على الموضوع مؤكداً على أنّ الملف اصبح عند غيره.

معلومات خاصة أفادت انّ غالبية الفائزين قد نجحوا في دورة دبرّت بشكل خاص فتمّ إرجاء موعد الإمتحانات لمدة 3 أيام وهي المهلة التي كانت كافية لتسريب الأسئلة واخضاع بعض المحظوظين لدورة خاصة اهلتهم الى الإجابة عليها الأمر الذي أخلّ بالتوازن الطائفي وامّن لبعض المرشجين من أنصار تيار المستقبل أرجحية على سواههم

I don't personally care! allah lay 2imon! We gave them a chance in the elections to try and change what's happening in Beirut but they refused us and voted for others laken khaliyon yet7amalo nateyij!! The Christians voted for nayla and Nadim so they made their choice!

In egypt, the situation is so bad, that if you are coptic, you haven't a chance in hell of getting a decent position in any government position etc. You would even be lucky if they allow you to graduate from uni.

We're on the same path, its only a matter of time.

Its okay ya hanna, the problem is that they cant pass without exams and training to answer them :P exams enough wont help them lol

exactly i couldn't have said it better myself. They voted for this young pups let them handle the consequences. btw where the hell is nadim and nayla i havent seen them for ages? LOL
