check the electoral lists

I cant find my name.
I never voted in my life. what do I have to do to add my name to electoral list?

So if my name is on the list, then I am set? bc there is a remark near my name: "Reaching the voting age". Does it entail something or it's meaningless?

It's normal. In order for someone to be deleted from the registry, their family have to show the certificate of death to the moukhtar...

But if that person emigrated with his entire family, his family isn't going to the mukhtar to tell him that person died!

Besides, this problem is not just in Bcharré, I saw people born in 1910 in Ashrafieh too!
