12 new quarries approved today across Lebanon. The Council of Ministers is claiming that they adhere to environmental standards....thats all fine and dandy...except that we have none in Lebanon! So, it must be sectarian and geographical distribution.
I was under the conclusion that the potential source of rock fill to construct the Cedarisland project as a major technical obstacle to this project. Well, I was wrong. The puzzle is shaping up. |
