Well mannou majbour yedfa3la, mish shaghlet el "neyeb" ysha77ed el 3alam really. If he does it, it is good deed from him but if he doesn't do it, you can't curse him for it. If he gave her $2,600 she would have voted for him, scary thoughts. Murr or Hariri would have given her the money and made sure they get 1000 votes in return from all her entourage, what Nassib did is not illegal it is actually more of a conflict of interest if he does it even if he does not ask her for a vote in return.
Ba3den what scares me is that if one guy who claims that he doesn't employ Syrians you go vote for him, what's the problem in employing syrians? They charge less and do the same job, you can't force businesses not to employ Syrians because if they don't then other businesses will and you will go bankrupt but you can blame the government for regulating that.
I think you have good intentions but you're mixing and throwing the blame all over the place. | | | | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to Danny Z For This Useful Post: | | | Registered Member

Oh well, you are completely EXCUSING corrution by tolerating the unethical, illegal and unmoral fundamental existence of such a Minister of state who does nothing and cashes 100 thousand dollars per year from the money of the tax payers and eligible support for citizens which is infiltrated into the budget plus additionally the salary of the deputy adding up to a quarter million dollars over 4 years making 1 million dollars from our money for doing nothing, nothing and nothing again! And this is your reply?
You are completely confused and got very personal Mr.!! You have no idea how citizens in Lebanon are suffering with salaries of around 5.000 dollars to 10.000 dollars per YEAR while school fees are around 5.000 dollars, so from what do you expect people to live? Are you living on Mars? In Lebanon health care is expensive, FOOD is expensive, even WATER is expensive, now you did not calculate the rent, electricity bill, phone bill, and other fix and variable costs. Did you completely lose your humanity while you allow yourself to judge me person and my "good intentions"?
You said: I have good intentions but throw the blame all over the place. (?????????)
Mr. Lahoud makes a million a year from my money, from the money of the citizens of Lebanon, there comes a lady who has children and has maybe a salary of 5000 dollars per year, he refuses to help her out? Well tell me what did Lahoud or others do to help the citizens in such a case? Do we have maderes rasmye in each village? 3ayb ya danny, ma tef2od insenitak w tedfe3 3an l nossabin bil balad. Anyway it is up to you to qualify yourself into human or unhuman by defending Nassib Lahoud and likes.
On the other hand the issue with the syrian workers, well if you may have forgotten this country was not only OCCUPIED by Israel but by the Syrians too! And we thought that boycotting the Syrian workers would help pressure on Syria to withdraw, of course now you will doubt again my good intentions, but fine, I did what I did but what did you do for this country and how did you defend Lebanon's interests when it came kicking out the Syrian, or are you men jame3et thanks Syria, do not go, we'll die if you go, stay and help us stay slaves?
Again, do not get personal, because I, never harmed my country, while those who are harming it are being defended by your person. You are defeending a corrupt like Nassib Lahoud namely!!!!
But maybe you had good intentions to portray yourself as the Utopian citizens fighting corruption, but you shot yourself in your knee because you defended a nother corrupt politician. | | | | | Registered Member

By expecting that Nassib Lahoud helps her out, you contribute to the culture of corruption and clientelism. Whether Lahoud is a crook is another story. This act itself is a clientelist act by definition. Instead of helping her personally, Lahoud ought to help her as a Member of Parliament through legislation and other parliamentary work. Quote: |

| Again yes. The concept of minister of state might very well be useless and exhausting national resources inefficiently; Nassib Lahoud might very well be responsible for the biggest scams in the world but that doesn't make the specific action of refusing to help the woman an illegal or unethical action. Had your post brought cases of corruption against Lahoud instead of a pseudo-attempt at exercising accountability, one might have taken the post a bit more seriously. Quote: |

It is obvious that you either cannot read English or you specifically want to discredit me. Reread what I wrote, or oh you do not need to because you copied what i wrote and turned it as if it were your own words: I wrote Oh well, you are completely EXCUSING corrution by tolerating the unethical, illegal and unmoral fundamental existence of such a Minister of state who does nothing and cashes 100 thousand dollars per year from the money of the tax payers and eligible support for citizens which is infiltrated into the budget plus additionally the salary of the deputy adding up to a quarter million dollars over 4 years making 1 million dollars from our money for doing nothing, nothing and nothing again! as far as speaking is cocnerned, my problem with edde, is that he cant speak at all, irrespective of the language. a few days ago on arabia i thought i was watching a mr. bean imposter. | | | | | Registered Member

in all cases i like to ask any of you ... since you consider that the content of what we The Lebanese National Bloc Say is meaningless, what do you think about the Book of Naim Qasem ?? do you think it could be considered as a clear description of the HA Program for an Islamic state in Lebanon ??
Second what do you think about Karim's Bakradoni Book where here stated how the deal has been made with the syrians and Berri and HA even before GMA came to Lebanon ...
IS Karim Bakradoni And Naim Qassem 14 Marchers??
Why don't you admit that GMA made secret deals with the syrians and HA and Berii and in the same Time FPM was preparing and distributing the ORANGE BOOK in which they attacked HA AND BERRI AND SYRIA??
At the end GMA Backs tapped his followers and we are now saying that in a very clear way ....
At the end people will vote in 7 June if they accept to be back stapped the way GMA did then they will vote for HA Lists in all regions ... otherwise they will vote for Carlos Edde in keserwen and 14 March in all the other region ...
Very clear .... Very simple | | | | | Orange Room Supporter

why from 1992 till today , HA were partners with most of the the Feb 14 hawks? Quote: |

| I wish FPM made deals with HA and berri in 2005, we could have swept baabda/alley and won the majority.
U are talking on secret deal between Aoun and Ha while there was a deal on the table between the Febers and HA (Syria, Iran)....
In 2005 we had issues with HA, later on we managed to understand our issues worries and we put them on a paper.. Quote: |

| he didn't back-stab anyone, the febers wanted to kick him out in 2005, he managed to get the majority. He stayed in the opposition and later on HA joined us....the rest we all know.... Quote: |

| We won't give our country again to the Harirists...we know how they ruled previously, a win for the opposition means that C&R will be the decision makers, a win for the valentinos means Hariri and Jumblat will take over....not carlos eddeh nor Lf nor Kataeb. Quote: |
